I got this desk when I started working a hybrid work schedule. My space is small so I didn't want a full size desk, but I also didn't want to work at my kitchen counter all the time. I ordered this desk because it allows for flexibility on where I work in my home. Sometimes I work in the kitchen, sometimes my living room on the couch (one thing to note is that it doesn't go down quite far enough to be ergonomic when sitting on a lower couch, but I still make it work). I also love that I can alternate between standing and sitting. I gave it 4/5 stars for sturdiness/stability because the top does wobble a little bit, mostly when it's fully extended, however, it has not really been an issue for functionality and not so much so that I am concerned about my things falling/sliding off. I just remove items like drinks when I am moving it so they don't spill. ... show more

From the start of assembly I have to report that there is a slight wobble if thats a deal breaker for you. However, if I don't come back within a week or two from now editing this review, I have to say that this is everything I wanted in a desk! Other than the slight wobble which would be hard counter for with the shape and design this desk gives, it's perfect! It's actually cares about giving me leg room, the space to add add-ons and claims to be a standing desk with the appropriate height of a standing desk! Good work team! ... show more

Im rather short so I needed something to come up a bit higher to work with my walking pad. This desk is perfect. And one of the few that came up higher than most. Was super easy to assemble and comes up high enough for me. Holds two of my monitors plus keyboard and mouse. In very pleased.

This desk/pedestal is exactly what I wanted for my music room at a good price. Someone told me this type is not very stable when raised. That's not the case with this one. It's very sturdy. Moving up and down requires two hands but I'm good with that.

I work from home and sitting all day took a toll on my lower back. This adjustable desk is the perfect solution. I'm 5'8" and the hight is perfect even if I'm standing. I love that is has wheels and it's very sturdy.

First things first, this is NOT a stable desk. Frankly, for the price, I thoroughly expected some wobbliness and instability but it's much more than anticipated. Everything else about this desk is great; for me, I appreciated the gas spring height adjustability, the compact size, and it was very easy to assemble. Aside from the wobbliness and instability, my only gripe was the poor finished edge seam with the desktop. But hey, you get what you pay for and for me, it's the back edge so it's not going to be in plain view. I had planned for this and was already thinking about replacing the desktop before I received it but it's not going to be worth it. The wobble is mostly from the desktop swiveling back and forth clockwise/counter clockwise. There is a bit of tilt from side to side but it is minimal. I wish the pedestal had more stability built in and I would have paid a bit more for that. I've decided to keep the desk anyway because the amount of time I'll use it for working at home is minimal and taking it apart and sending it back is more of a hassle for me. I hope this review helps with someone's decision-making because $100 bucks is a lot for some people to throw away. One final thing, there are many positive reviews and I am left to wonder if there are improved or rebranded versions of this same desk that I should have looked at. I can't imagine describing this product as "Sturdy & Stable" when it is most definitely not. UPDATE: I will be returning this desk. The wobbliness and instability is too much. Irritates me to no end! ... show more
