Moved from windows phone. This phone is built like a tank. Some of the Android features don't work as smoothly as the windows is, but the apps availability is much better. Battery life is great. I'm not a gamer so it might not last for them. I use mine for work and it is doing great. Been dropped a few times and no damage. Connectivity is great. Calls are clear. Camera could use some improvement but is more than adequate. Opinion if you want a dependable phone that is real world use able and ready for life's abuse look into it. ... show more

The battery is awesome, I can work outside with it on a winter day with the screen on 3/4 brightness, and the battery makes it through the day. When indoors it would probably last 2 days of light/moderate use. The programmable button with dual-function is a nice touch, and works as intended. I don't use the fingerprint scanner or Google assistant so I can't speak to those. The camera FOV/zoom adjustment works well, but you'd need a Google One membership to access most of the photo filters. The one issue I have is the graphics occasionally choke when switching from one app to the next, the phone will freeze for a half second then return to the homepage. The apps aren't killed though, and it hasn't corrupted anything, appears to be purely a graphics issue. Happens a few times a week. I'm willing to forgive the graphics issue due to the phone's durability and battery, which were the main reasons I bought it. Overall 4/5 stars. ... show more

I work maintenance and construction job. Drops, wet & dirty hands, gloves, loud noises. This phone is proving to be very valuable in the field. I'll update if I actually can break it but it's been rugged and fits my needs. TMobile made me replace my old phone due to 5G which is total BS but I do really dig this phone. Battery is phenomenal, about 2days on a charge. Power button/fingerprint reader is a little glitchy but not insufferable. I don't use the face reader. Used Nova Launcher to get rid of all the Google trash that comes on the phone/home screen like the search bar. I do wish the Google assistant button was programmable. It's disabled so it just a dead button. Screen is bright, sound is loud (dual speaker), camera is as good as I would ever need it to be. It's a little heavy but adds to the rugged feel. Got it at a reduced price (maybe a return) in good condition. It was perfect except for the screen film was already removed so not perfectly new. Payed $380 before tax. I'm pleased overall and would recommend. FTMobile and all the other telecom monopolies though. ... show more

I bought this phone because it met all the hardware requirements I was looking for, however it does not have support for Google AR Services despite having the required hardware. I dropped it once after having it for three weeks, it wasn't even a high drop and the LCD screen under the glass broke. Not a single scratch on the glass at all and the LCD broke. Ive broken plenty of phone screens in my time and I've never seen LCD damage before. Thankfully Nokia gives you one free screen replacement in the first year but I am seriously upset I had to get the replacement in under a month. The fingerprint sensor is in a very annoying place just putting the phone in my pocket makes bad attempts and I have to use my pin because I had too many bad attempts. Update: the charging port and headphone jack stopped working after 6 months had to get a wireless charger. For some reason 5w wireless charger charges faster than 15w charger. ... show more

My daughters phone and when she installed the T-Mobile sim card to ut she got an error message saying its not supported bt T-Mobile. However so far in a few months she hasnt had any issues. And a friends family all have this oine with T-Mobile and they recommended it to me. Alot if tomes when I call her she sounds very distorted but sometimes she sounds fine so I don't know what thats about. ... show more
