This chair was easy to put together. It's very sturdy and seems to be well made. The mechanism you use to pull it into a bed is smooth and works easily. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. It's quite suitable for a small to medium size child to sleep on. This was not difficult to put together. However, the front panel was drilled in the wrong place so it couldn’t be attached and then used as a bed. Quite unfortunate really but the rest turned out well.

The chair arrived at the front end of the delivery widow. It went together easily with no challenges. However, it stinks. I know of no other way to say it; the whole chair reeks of mildew. We have treated it three times with “extra strength” febreze and have all the windows open in room where it is located but after one day the room now smells of mildew. We put two in camper so fair we like them time will tell how they hold up put them in small camper took the big bed out gave us lots of floor space sleep on then me made a 4 inch foam matters to fit them at night works well for us

checked the reviews, they were okay, mixed, but I thought I'd give it a try. What a mistake. It was impossible for a single woman in her 70's to assemble. I had to have someone come in and assemble it. Once that was done I realized how dreadfully uncomfortable it is. Ugly, not suitable to sleep on.
