This is my "go to present" when I don't know what to give someone who has everything!!! I was given a Nodpod about ive years ago and at first thought I didn't need it. After a few months of it sitting in its little container, I finally got it out. It was so pretty and I loved the pink color. I put it on my eyes, didn't know how to fasten it, so I just placed it over my eyes with the "pillows" on my eyes, rolled over on my side, shut my eyes and didn't wake up until the next morning. It was then I realized I had kept the light on all night!!!! It totally blocks out all light. I am not keen on a weighted blanket, so that could have been one of my hesitations of waiting to try it out. Not to worry.....it is the perfect weight and thickness, and nothing like a weighted blanket. You will note, one side is a little cooler, so you will just have to figure it out. I think it is the jersey side. I have told all of my friends, and as I wrote earlier, I have given this as a present for many of them..... I wanted to make sure I would never be without one, as I take my Nodpod along with my favorite pillow on trips and frequently forget a pillow here or there. (I wanted to make sure I was never without my Nodpod!!) It washes up so nicely, and I put it in the dryer on air unless it accidentially gets in the wash and dryer with other items. All of my friends who know about the Nodpod and have tried it or I have gifted them one, love it. I have ordered the sage color for myself, but keep returning to the pink one to order for friends. If you are worried about any smell coming from the material or the stuff inside the Nodpod, there is none. It doesn't slip off my face at night, and I love the feel of it. In addition, if you wear a CPAP, it will still fit. I have had a CPAP for about 15 years, and use the nasal pillow mask. No problem with the Nodpod as I do not have any interference. In fact, I think I sleep a bit better with the Nodpod. If your mind is going a gazillion miles an hour when you lie down even though you are really tired, the Nodpod somehow slows your mind down and totally makes you relax. I don't know of any bad comments to make. I do try to order them on Black Friday when the price is reduced so I can give them as Christmas presents. I probably could continue, but I think you get the message that this is a wonderful product. If I were a child and had a "blankie" I would relate to my Nodpod as my Nodpod "blankie"

This is the only sleep mask I will purchase from now on, it is absolutely incredible. I was hoping for something heavier on my eyes but trusted in the science that this product provided, which is that it is the perfect weight. I tie mine up in the back because I am a side sleeper and it stays beautifully, I am almost always asleep in no more than 15 minutes after putting this seemingly luxurious sleep mask on my tired eyes. I put a little bit of scented oils on it sometimes too, and that really has me feeling like I am on a spa retreat. As a nurse, getting good sleep is very important to me as I believe in practicing what I preach and am constantly emphasizing the importance of sleep to patients and I regularly recommend this to them for its luxurious comfort, ability to block light, and versatility as it is good for side sleepers, those sleepers that roll around, etc. I ended up buying more for my friends, who also love them. GET IT

Love it! I can’t sleep without it now. The gentle weight and light blockage makes me fall asleep so fast. It helps you close your eyes if you have a problem (like me) keeping your eyes closed when trying to fall asleep. The lavender color can look a little faded/dirty in certain lights. Very soft as well.

So effective for soothing migraines. I keep mine in the freezer, and it knocks out headaches like a champ — I think it’s the combo of cold, light blocking and gentle weight. Nicely designed with the sections that mold to your face and the loop hole on the end of one strap, should you actually want to wrap it around your head (I never feel the need to…the weight of the mask helps it stay put). I ended up buying one for my mom and also plan to buy one for my daughter (all headache sufferers).

The weight of this feels light at first but it really is the perfect weight for the eye area. It is super soft and good quality and helps me relax at night, in fact I haven’t slept without it since I bought it. But I wish this product was able to be microwaveable , I feel it would be next level if I could warm it up now that I’ve discovered that I love a weighted face mask. At a price point if 34 I feel like that should be an added feature. I also like the use of both fabrics on different sides that are both soft and I switch between the two. Also perfect for someone who doesn’t need a face mask to stay on all night but long enough to relax and fall asleep

Love this for my migraines. One side is cooling and the other side is for warmth, the design of this mask is awesome. I love the gentle pressure on my eyes when I have a migraine since I feel like my eyes are going to pop out of my head. It blocks the light and comes in various colors.

Had to use this right away! My first impression was that it was surprisingly light. The packaging is super nice and actually great for storing it. I was looking for a weighted eye mask because I've been trying to sleep on my back more and this did the trick. It feels super nice and the weight surprisingly quieted my overactive mind. I would use this even for relaxing or when you want a to give your eyes a break. There is no issue with light blocking so you can relax in a bright room. The first time I used it I used the soft side and didnt even realize that there was a cool side. The soft side is super cozy. And I like that you can flip it around like a pillow based on your preference. Also there is a button hole which I didnt even notice until now. Youre meant to put the other end through it but I wouldn't even bother. I just position the ends under my head. Surprisingly it can also cover your ears becoming unintentional ear muffs. Don't count on it being sound blocking though. But as someone that lives in a noisy neighborhood its nice that it muffles the sound a bit. 10 out of 10 would recommend especially if you have trouble sleeping. Its a little pricey but its a fairly unique item that is worth saving up for it.
