I don’t have a real kitchen. I converted a bedroom into one — open shelving, a stainless steel countertop, appliances instead of a stove, and no cabinets or drawers. Just shelves with big gaps and nowhere to put small items. Before these bins everything was chaotic. Items falling, getting lost, no real place for things like can openers, measuring spoons, utensils, and small gadgets. It looked messy and was frustrating to use. I actually stopped letting people into my kitchen because of how it looked. These fixed that. They’re open and stackable so I can reach in and grab what I need without moving anything. Each bin slides forward halfway so I can see what’s inside and they lock together securely. They’ve held up to daily use with no cracking or warping. I bought 8 grey and 5 white. The grey is a soft light grey that blends really well with stainless steel and made my space look more cohesive. The white works better in closets. Assembly was easy — mostly pre-clipped, just unfold and snap. My white set from another brand was much harder to put together. I use them for paper plates, utensils, and all my smaller kitchen items and the white ones in my closet for socks and underwear. They hold a lot and make everything easier to find. My sister visited recently and immediately noticed how much more organized everything looked without knowing what changed — that alone made it worth it. They fold flat when not in use and the large size worked well for me. Just know they slide out halfway not like full drawers and work best for light to medium items. If you have limited storage or open shelving these make a big difference, simple, accessible and much more organized without the hassle of lidded bins.

Addendum: I attached a photo of the new cubbies we built modeled off these cubbies. It gives you an idea of how well these work when you don't live with a carpenter. Addendum: The company responded to my review such that I have increased respect for the degree to which it is trying to offer a reliable product. Original Revew: I am looking for an organizational design for shelves to hold shirts and shorts in my closet. I am temporarily stacking clothes on Home Depot resin shelves. I ordered two sets of four baskets thinking they would work better than shelves of the same height. With these temporary higher shelves, the baskets allow me to split stacks of shirts in half and I can label the baskets (work vs dress) to make it easier for my spouse to find the shirt he needs. They have sides to keep the stacks from falling over and open fronts for removal of selected clothing. I considered alternative products like pull out pantry shelves but they are either shallow so that stacks of clothes would lean against each other or they had fronts which would make it harder to remove a shirt on the bottom. However, I am still not convinced that it wouldn't work better to just build narrower shelves that fit a stack of a dozen shirts and not waste space with the plastic housing. These holders are a good height but wider than I need for t-shirts and narrower than I need for shorts. They also make shirts on the bottom harder to pull from a pile. Also notice in the company video that the bottom basket does not slide out at all and that, in a stack of three or more baskets, the basket above must be held in place to slide out the basket below. I expected the baskets to work like drawers with all sliding in and out independently. For clothing, when you can clearly see your options from the front, I'm not sure having the drawers slide out is useful.

New year...New home organization goals! I have lived in my house for over 2 years and still don't feel like I've fully moved in. This year I am fixing that! I initially bought these to go on the floor in my pantry, but my bottom pantry shelf it too wide and these bins would be difficult to access. Not to worry, I have plenty of other spaces that need organizing. My laundry room/under the stairs area it great for storage and this bakers rack is amazing in there, but there was a lot of wasted, unusable space above the items. These bins fit perfectly on my bakers rack, and I can now use the space above the items. I purchased a second set of 4 and will probably purchase the shorter set as well for future projects. They came packaged nicely and click together very easily. They appear to be quite sturdy. I am not anticipating any issues with how I will be using them. One thing that was unclear from the pictures is that when stacked it appears they pull out like drawers. While this is true-they slide very well-nothing stops them from sliding right out. It is not a true drawer in that sense. Rather, it slides very well so you could pull out a lower shelf and reach something in the back, but you would need to support it so it doesn't slide all the way out and tumble down. Not a negative, just something to be aware of.

These are fantastic! Easy to put together and fit perfectly in our camper “closets” (iykyk). Was worried they weren’t going to fit, but they slid right in and I stacked 3 in each. (See pic). Highly recommend.

I bought these to make better clothing storage in our tiny camper closets. They worked very well for that. We decided to sell the camper though, and I decided that I would keep these for use at home. They are now in my craft closet to help organize my craft supplies, and a bedroom closet to organize beach shoes. They will slide front to back, but you need to guide them by holding the one above or below. In both situations for me they fit into my spaces so perfectly that there was no problem with moving one bin in or out a bit to access better. (They fit perfectly under the support for the shelf above so they are sort of wedged in at the top back edge.) But should thy be free standing they may be best used where you don’t have to slide them in or out of position. They are fairly sturdy and are very easy to assemble and disassemble.
