I have to say that this is amazing. A 3d printed handle and cap. It’s obvious. The metal needle needs to be flexible! It’s going into a rotating gearbox and then a spring loaded metal filament sensor arm. I should know I snapped my arm and destroyed the gears with an Allen that was 1 size too big! Unfortunate! Grateful Bambu sells parts for cheap. This tool is amazing!

So, let's get this out of the way. It does not misrepresent itself. When you determine value, you have to compare it against the problem it is solving, and it does that. So It is hard to "ding" it when it does what it says it does well. That out of the way... The people who buy this are 3D printer enthusiasts, so they will identify immediately that this was 3D printed. it's a bit of plastic, and a long piece of ridged wire. There isnt a person that purchased this, held it in their hand, and didn't think "damn, I could have printed this myself". As some reviews have stated, it feels hollow, so these 3D printer users were also thinking "why wasn't this printed with a higher density infill, maybe 25-30% to make it feel more substantial. But it works. You look at the handle, and think "Well, this was printed very well. I am not sure I could have done better". I have a bunch of gripes that aren't fair, so I will leave these alone and just say that all my complaints are not valid, except one. The metal wire is long and thin. It has to be both In order to fit where it needs to, but you get the feeling that if you applied much pressure, you would bend it. If it was made with a harder metal, I wouldn't have been able to ding it at all, despite wanting to badly. So, I am not disappointed I bought it, even though I would like to be. I would begrudgingly recommend this to somebody who gets clogged nozzles. Just, when you get it, brace yourself for being a little underwhelmed ..

This is a nice nozzle cleaner with a handle that makes it much easier to do. I have 2 Bambu printers & 2 Creality Ender printers and it works great with all of them. Would be nice if it was alittle cheaper but it seems to be good quality so I guess it’s worth it

I purchased this about a year ago. It is perfect for getting clogs out! I wish I had found it sooner. This one is from a small business in the USA! They were making these before the other bigger companies were. Yes the handle is 3D printed but it works great. They include a link to download a couple additional accessories that you can 3D print yourself which I like. I do think they should included a basic tip cover with it. I am a small business owner and I try and support other small businesses when I can. So I am more than happy to pay a couple more dollars to get this one! Mine still is working perfectly for me. I am purchasing another as a gift for my neighbors grandson that is just getting started in 3D printing!

Yes, the handle is 3D printed, but I don't know why you'd care about that. I use this with my Elegoo Neptune 4 Max. Any time I have a clog, I go to this tool and it clears it up IMMEDIATELY. I also use it at the end of my print sessions to clear out excessive leftover filament. I can't imagine 3D printing without this.

It's rare that I review things outside of my required reviews, but I feel compelled to in this instance. This tool is overpriced, what you get is a small, and very flimsy metal rod that will bend the first time you try to clear any substantial clog. The handle is also 3D printed, and while I want to think that's a nod to "the community," it still seems cheap when you're asking $16.95 for these two things put together. This might work better on bowden tube printers, but in theory should work with direct drive, as long as you disengage the tension gear. But like I said, even with that, it will struggle to clear any real clog. You're better off with standard nozzle cleaning tools.
