    • Vecro black out curtains are better
I'm sure this product works but be sure the window faces nothing important.. The reflective material (like most of the others) looks horrible when viewed from the outside. The hook and loop (velcro) curtains do the same thing, more sizes, more stable, cheaper and look far better from the outside.

Really been trying to get these to work on my window. The suction cups will not stay attached to the window. I can get them attached for about an hour at a time and it just comes off.

I used 2 of these for my front door thats made of glass. my dog loves to "bake" here in the sun but it just gets too powerful for her. These window shades have made it so she's not cooking herself to death but can still enjoy a little peek out of the door. She can still have some sun but not to a heat stroke degree. ... show more

This was easy to apply and looks nice. It suctioned the first time and hasn’t come off in the 2 months I have had it. I was afraid it would look like it was made for the backseat of a car but the silver color blends perfectly in the house. This is just ok, for the money I wish it was a little more darkening. We have a window in living room that the sun shines super bright in morning, while this did cut it down a bit still not as much as I would like.
