    • Plenty of power, almost impossible to not do a wheelie at takeoff. Borderline dangerous.

It has POWER FOR DAYS enabling an adult to travel up pretty steep hills with plenty of speed. My primary compliant is that it is VERY difficult to accelerate from a stop in any mode other than "Eco mode" without doing a wheelie and almost crashing. This thing really should take off from a stop much slower regardless of what mode it's in. I weight 210 lbs and even in it's standard mode, it wants to do a wheelie taking off from a stop. It's very hard to get it to accelerate from a stop at a reasonable speed. I can't recommend it unless they release a software update to make taking off from a start safer and less likely to wheelie. I have severe neuropathy and arthritis in my feet. I chose this scooter so I could exercise/walk my dog more than a few minutes. Yellow lab under two years old: enough said. Online reviews describe it as off road, all terrain as well as the manufacturer’s Amazon description. I used it in fields surrounding my property. They are mowed by a tractor with PTO driven finish mower. I tried it in my yard and it was very bumpy and the field was entirely unmanageable. Violent shaking, literal teeth clashing vibrations. If I could manage this ride (I can’t), I doubt based on other reviews, the scooter could function long without needing major repair. I’m 69 years old and my upper torso can’t even handle the ride. I’m going to try an e-bike with a much longer travel in the suspension. I don’t think anyone can ride this off road. One reviewer mentions the same complaint. I couldn’t read all of the negative reviews there are so many. As for “Top” or “Our Pick” online, reviews I’ve learned my lesson. ... show more

I love the scooter first scooter I ever bought an electric I wish it was a little faster it 24 mph will do though it has all kinds of settings that you can set on your phone for speed take off break in headlights it's a very good scooter well worth it

Here’s a revised version with improved clarity, flow, and grammar: I purchased this to run errands in the city, and it goes fast—about 24-25 mph. I weigh roughly 195 lbs, and it's not too heavy to carry up 2-3 flights of stairs. However, my model seems to be defective, as the latch that secures the handlebar when folded for transport doesn't function properly. I contacted customer service via phone and email regarding the issue, and they directed me to fill out a form on their website to request technical support or repair services. I submitted the form, and while it took a few days for them to respond (which is understandable due to the time zone difference), they ultimately denied my repair request without any explanation. When I called customer service for clarification, they simply advised me to resubmit the form, offering no further assistance. Instead of going through the hassle again, I decided to return the product. Maybe in the future, if they improve their customer service and repair process, I'll consider their products again. ... show more
