This is the most powerful scooter I have ever owned! Tennessee mountains are easy to ride! I am 220 lbs and this powerful motor and battery range make transportation to the gym effort less. Speed is great for keeping up with traffic also at 24 mph. I use solar power to charge so I can be zero carbon!

This scooter is foldable, easy to store and take away. Build quality looks durable. I enjoy the smooth and fun ride. However, when i first put it together, it didn’t power on. The instruction on step 2 just mentions putting the scooter head onto the body and fixing with 6 screws. I found out the power connector cable was actually disconnected. Once the wire is connected, it powers on. So hope this helps if you run into the sane issue.

Ordered a NIU 100F ....well built but was showing Error code 39 on the first day (usually associated with a bad battery) would start to go up a short hill and stop before getting to top. Had to wait and let it cool before using to get home at 2-5 mph. Sent it back to Amazon. Just ordered a 300 X, unboxed and seemed to be built very well. Battery ran fine going up hills with no error code but throttle is super sensitive in S mode and will not allow you to hold a constant speed. Seems to jump in and out of power and this disrupts the balance of scooter. Going to play with setting in app but may have to return this one as well. Just a shame because there is a lot I like about the scooter but throttle reliability and rideability is a real issue. Suggest NIU test their scooters before shipping.

I had the Kqi pro loved it two summers of pure fun. Saw the improvements in the Kqi 300x and wanted it so sold the first scooter and bought the 309x WOW this one has speed absolutely love this model. Turn signals just cool. I’m 76 and love the freedom these scooters.

Honestly Do not recommend. The first scooter arrived and didn't charge due to defective battery. Thankfully, Amazon sent me a return order and I got it replaced the next day. Three months into driving, my rear tire somehow busted open from the side “it was not a puncture” And had to have my tire replaced. (The replacement tires for the NIU kqi300x out of stock so I had to buy one from Amazon for $40 and installing it costed $50) App is simple but could be better. And that would be my long rant thanks for reading, and drive safe brothers!

Great little scooter. Don't think it'll hold up to aggressive riding and constant curb jumps but the pick up is good. I'm wild mode it can pop a wheelie when at a stand still. Wish the range was better. When set to sport and medium regen breaking I was only able to get 20 miles out of it
