I've never owned an electric scooter before. We were looking at some for our 9 year old daughter when I thought it might be fun to have my wife and I join her and make it a family thing. I bought my daughter a different brand and when looking for ours I was nervous tbh. I already soooo many reviews on a bunch of different scooters. I found myself on Reddit asking for advice when I noticed a trend ... Most everyone was saying this was the best scooter for the cost. I was hesitant to pull the trigger but decided while on sale let's give it a shot. I ordered two one for myself and one for my wife. They say in my closet for about a month and the entire time I kept coming back reading reviews wondering if I would have charging issues or battery issues etc. On Xmas eve we popped them open and to my relief they charged just fine (quicker then I thought they would) the app wasn't hard to use and when it was time to go out and use them....oh man what a blast. These were definitely worth the purchase. They are durable, the suspension was great, it picked up speed quick and maintained it well. Our neighbor also has a few inclines that I was a bit concerned about, but was able to hit almost top speed up the hill. For reference I'm 5'9 170 ibs and my wife is 5'3 120.

Ok I’m an older individual but this scooter is great! Fun to ride and easier to balance than I predicted. I have an electric bike but it’s heavy and difficult to travel with. This scooter is light enough that I can fold it up, toss it in my van and take my grandson to the nearby biking trails! (He has one as well). Plenty of battery life and max speed of 18 mph for me which is as fast as I care to go and yes I wear a helmet.

The first few months this was a pretty good entry level scooter for the price I paid, the first problem I ran into was that I could never get the app to record my mileage. Then after actually riding the scooter I started to get flats on the rear tire, I’ve already replaced the tube over 6 to 7 times and even patched the tubes several times as well. Now just about a week ago I noticed that I have 2 cracks in the frame where the frame tubing meets the stem. I’m afraid to even ride it now because of the cracks in the frame which could cause a serious accident and I could get hurt. I just was looking over the reviews and I’m not the only person with a cracked frame in the exact spot where my frame is cracked. So if you purchased this scooter I’d be very careful and make sure you check your frame. I’ve included pictures of the cracks in my frame.

The scooter itself runs beautifully but the battery doesn’t last for much. I can ride it to and from work (1 mile) for 2 days before I have to charge it again. It goes up to 29 mph. It takes about 5 hours to charge. Honestly for the price you couldn’t ask for more.

The two we purchased do NOT go up to 17mph. My twin daughters each weigh in at 115 lbs., and they were going 29 mph!!!!!!!!!! One twin hit a freakish 30 at one point 😳. SUPER fast compared to the jetsons we bought. I got on (125 lbs.) and I wouldn’t go the fastest it goes cause I was too scared. I stopped at around 18mph, but was NOT close to max. My husband was going 26mph and he’s 165 lbs. so these go MUCH faster on full throttle than what is claimed. Definitely, I’m glad my girls are 15, but I still get a little scared that they’re traveling about 30mph. It sounds like a great thing, in most cases it is, but for kids not into their teens, like less than 13, 14 at least, I’d never purchase this model & I recommend head and body gear cause this baby FLIES! Very well made .. much more so then our ‘in comparison’ cruddy jetsons. Everything about this scooter is above that brand. It lasts a good long while, so the battery life is quite satisfactory again blows jetson away! 🙌 it’s a way larger, more well made scooter & goes fast as lightning ⚡️! Be careful though! 5 stars ✨! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worth the $!! ** I hope my review has been helpful to you 😀! **

You'll notice the charger is the only thing in the picture. That's because that is the only part of this purchase I ever see. My daughter is on it right now, hints the missing scooter! I bought two of these. One for my daughter(11) and one for me step daughter (13). They LOVE them! They are constantly on them, so I never see the scooter unless it needs to be charged! These scooters have cruise control, a headlight, and three speed modes allowing you to set a speed you don't want your kids to go over. You can pair it to the app on your phone, which allows you to track your scooter and lock it in case of theft. It's not super light, but it's not too heavy either. It's solid. Both kids have wrecked, one of which was spectacular, and the scooters barely scuffed. Kids fine, don't worry. Battery life all depends on the kind of riding you're doing. If you're going full out in an area with a lot of hills, you'll get about an hour and a half. Flat ground at more reserved speeds, about 3 hours. I am really impressed with this scooter. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for an electric scooter for kids, or even for adults as a recreational item.
