I bought two of these scooters last year when we relocated to FL, so that my wife and I could explore our growing community. My Scooter has been fine but my wife's scooter has completely crapped out in the last month. The odd thing is we barely road them much last year and we started riding them on our lunch breaks this year to get out the house since we both work from home. Her scooter will barely go 8mph and we don't know why and of course no support or warranty. Just be careful of this vendor, my replacement scooter will be a gotrax. ... show more

Great product , easy to assemble. Very good quality and easy and fun to ride . Top speed is 17 mph on perfect surface and with full battery . Real world range , stop and go, full speed , will be around 13 miles. Front light is very bright. The downside, a little on the heavy side to carry around and only 15% hill grade. Battery depletes faster than you may charge it. I'm 190lbs, it maxed out at 15mph for me... Which doesn't cut it for what I paid. Battery Depletes completely at around 10miles distance NOT 25

This is an amazing scooter. With all the rising of gas prices this is a great method of transport. I bought the sport version so when it came it was really easy to assemble although the tutorial was really annoying. great mileage and battery life for the price. Purchase, delivery and assembly - great. I can't even ride it yet because the app is down. When I spoke with someone in customer service, they said they are working on it and to give it a day or two. Well, it looks great and so far, makes for really nice decoration.

Connecting the scooter to your cell phone, in order to ride was annoying and did not seem to work very well.

I ordered this as a replacement scooter for my teen and it was way too heavy for them to easily move around. I cannot state how the charge is or how it moved because it was too heavy.
