The media could not be loaded. Ordered the switch for my gf. Performed fine at first but lost the ability to hold a charge within about a month. Started with the controllers within a week, thought there might have been a connection issue but after testing, the controllers just wouldn’t keep a charge. So, I had to buy an extra pair of controllers. Before controllers could even arrive in the mail the Nintendo switch itself will no longer charge…and yes, I’ve used different cords, outlets and different controllers including my own Nintendo switch and a separate Joycon specific charging dock.

Excellent product. I was worried since I purchased a used product. The product arrived smudged and a bit dirty, but it was ok. I cleaned the device and it looked good as new. The internals seem to be fine as I have used the device a few times in the past month and it works. Battery seems to hold just fine. I have purchased game cartridges and downloaded games. Both work just fine. The controllers work great, and mine to not sway to a si gle direction like other Joy Cons, that I have read. The cradle works great and plugs easily into all of my television sets. I highly recommend and you'll be happy. I only use the device for a few hours a month so I wouldn't say that I'm a heavy gamer. Very casual so a used unit fit my needs. Very impressed and quite happy.

The switch itself is in great condition and works well. My issue was the dock itself. It would not connect to my tv and I even got new cords thinking that was the issue. It was the dock itself. Once I got an actual Nintendo dock it connected right away.

I have had the switch for three days and now the adapter cord is not charging the console.

It arrived in good condition. No scratches. It has a screen protector already on it. I wish id known that so that i wouldnt have bought extras. The console works great. My only complaint is that the "x" button on the right side joycon does not work most the time. Now i have to buy a new joycon and im pretty bummed about that

I just recently bought a refurbished switch for my little sister for her birthday, and immediately when we opened it there were visible scratches all over the console, front and back, as if it had been beaten down over and over again. The controllers wouldn't work when taken off the console, I tried many methods and it just seems that it's faulty. If that wasn't enough, we woke up the next morning
