Excellent product. I was worried since I purchased a used product. The product arrived smudged and a bit dirty, but it was ok. I cleaned the device and it looked good as new. The internals seem to be fine as I have used the device a few times in the past month and it works. Battery seems to hold just fine. I have purchased game cartridges and downloaded games. Both work just fine. The controllers work great, and mine to not sway to a si gle direction like other Joy Cons, that I have read. The cradle works great and plugs easily into all of my television sets. I highly recommend and you'll be happy. I only use the device for a few hours a month so I wouldn't say that I'm a heavy gamer. The media could not be loaded. Switch looks very good for price. Looks ALMOST brand New! Everything works fine, It did come with no battery tho but that’s ok. Also very minimal device usage. 9/10

    • perma banned instantly.
i woke up to a perma ban within a few days of playing offline games on it. i had only had this console for a FEW DAYS before the nintendo system for some unknown reason, decided to PERMANENTLY BAN me. :”) i was going to return for a refund but decided i just don’t care enough i guess. don’t buy a renewed switch. there is a chance of being perma banned w/o warning . [ i was told its because of possible changed out parts ; the nintendo system notices the change n thinks ur trying to mod the console. it sends out a signal to the system & thats when u get banned. nintendo is very strict about that sort of thing bcos of how many players would mod their DS’s ] nintendo cannot unban u from their system .. once its done.. its DONE. ... show more

Worked great for about 20 days then it wouldn’t turn on. Nintendo would repair for $100; sent back to get money back.
