All of the pros are true but the coating simply doesn't stand up. I bought a set two years ago and within two months the surface of one of the sauce pans had started to bubble and come off. I returned them for a new set and this time they made it three months before a sauce pan started to bubble up at the bottom and by month four, there were three of them. Once the bubbles pop there is no longer a non-stick surface in that spot. Just a gritty little hole in the coating. Very disappointing for the amount of money they cost. ... show more
