Does everything i expected, performance is incredible and the main purpose I purchased it for was fulfilled past expectations. Runs some very high demanding triple A games easily at max without other applications or other running programs. The vram is 8gb so it may struggle with triple A games while recording them with softwares like obs depending on software settings, but that issue was solved by simply turning off preview mode and the GPU returned back to a stable condition. We bought this computer for my daughter . We got it a week later it wouldn’t work! We reached out to Amazon and Amazon said the people I bought it from would email you in a couple of days and they did. We communicated this way. My husband told them what was happening and they responded with a solution. But everything they says to try didn’t work. So my husband got on Facebook on some of the gaming apps. And a guy from India messaged my husband and figured out what was wrong with the computer! One of the ram cards had went out. We told the company we bought it from and they gave us a refund to buy another ram card. If something goes wrong with the computer , always reach out to Amazon! They will make it right. Iwould love to give 0 of 5 stars...The desktop arrived defective. It powers on but shows a blue recovery screen with no Windows installation. Troubleshooting confirmed the system has no usable hard drive or operating system. Multiple recovery and reinstall attempts failed. I’m requesting a replacement with Windows 11 properly installed and functional on arrival. I attempted to contact manufacturer customer support - only a robo response that my email had been received. There are too many other options out there. A waste of time - returned for a refund. Very disappointed. ... show more

This thing is a beast. I'm not sure why some people consider this to be a starter gaming pc. I've had this machine for a couple of weeks loading and transferring my files from my old pc. I use this unit primarily for gaming with MSFS 2020, and some routine office letters and spreadsheets. First things first. No it does not come with instructions because its assumed that if you are buying a build type pc, you would know a little about installing simple components. The shipping box arrived within the shipping time notifications and was sealed to show no tampering. Yes, its from China, but what isn't nowadays. Yes, the motherboard is preinstalled and it's outer box container is in the main shipping box so you can see the specifications. Yes, I had to install the graphics card which took about 15 minutes and was a breeze with the included tools necessary. If you don't know how to do that, there are plenty of videos on line to show you. I didn't need to use the included USB modem because I have an Ethernet cable. The machine powered up with no problems, and no bloat programs preinstalled. The fans keep the whole unit cool and are quiet. Internal LED lights are nice but not a big deal for me. It also comes with an oversized mouse pad. I'm running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and this thing rocks. Graphics are clear and the RAM storage for the video and the game makes things run very smoothly. I'm very happy with this purchase. ... show more

to anyone scared of this is their first time no need to worry bout these low reviews. i was stingy about it to till the pc came in and it runs very good. understand this is me talking on a 4060 imagine the higher cards. note that this pc doesn’t come with the graphics card in it for protection purposes, but it’s a very easy process to put it in only took 10 minutes. also if u want good gameplay on modern to high end games always run low-high settings not necessarily ultra since its a 4060, i see an average of 144 frames to 220 so this pc is a very good for starters. no issues really with it besides it taking a week to get it. but 10/10 pc and this is a honest reviewed no scam no joke get this pc its good for budget users. ... show more

    • It runs Microsoft Flight Simulator and other modern games very well.
The pc arrived two days late, probably due to tariffs or whatever but it wasn't a big deal. It came well packaged with no damage at all. Unboxing was easy and it came with a large, good quality mouse pad. They even included the motherboard box which had the mouse pad inside it. The graphics card was in its original box and needed to be installed which was simple to do. I purchased this computer mostly to run Microsoft Flight Simulator and it has exceeded my expectations by far. The frame rates rarely drop below 80fps and looks great on my new 4k monitor. It runs other games like Red Dead Redemption 2 equally as well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because you can't turn off the RGB lights. They stay on 24/7, but maybe some people like that. It's pretty, but I'm an old man and I just don't care much for it. ... show more

So far so good. I'm starting college classes tonight. I was attending 2 other colleges subsequently, & wasn't happy with them, so I enrolled in a different college. We'll see how this computer performs in this college for graphic arts and web design. After I finish that program, I'm moving on to digital photography. I'm very excited. I haven't had any problems with this computer so far. Update: This was a really expensive computer and while for the most part I'm happy with it, I can't for the life of me imagine why there are 3 component ports which are totally useless but there is only 1 HDMI port. I recently discovered for my college courses that I need to have 2 displays because I will need one for the class meetings I'm in & one for the classwork I'm expected to do. I already paid here on amazon for an HDMI splitter but now I've come to find out that isn't feasible because I can't separate the displays, they are both the same. So now I have to have my son in law order the part I need to replace one of the component ports with a new HDMI port. You would think if a person is paying over $1,000 for a computer, it would have accounted for the need for 2 HDMI ports, right? Very upset about that. ... show more
