  • This thing comes with an extra bonus!
Color: Multipuzzle Size: Level 4 (Expert) Style: Level 4 (Expert)
Turns out that if you take this thing apart - and I mean ENTIRELY apart, til you can’t take it apart any more (to clean it because you thought putting peanut butter in some of the spots was a good idea) it can become a level 4 puzzle for humans! We love this thing. One of the best dog toys I’ve ever had. This was our dog’s first puzzle toy, and she is very bright so we went right for the hardest one in this series. We didn't give her any hints or let her watch us load it. Just set it in front of her. It has been so entertaining to watch her figure things out. We have had it for a month, and it’s holding up well. She sometimes still tries the “brute force” method, but it stands up to all the pawing, scratching, and biting she has dished out so far. Granted- we don’t leave it laying around for her to gnaw on, and when she was learning she did initially try chewing but as long as you supervise and don’t leave this laying around when not being used it’s surprisingly durable. Once, my dog clawed the green disk out but it pops right back in easily. Word to the wise though. Don’t put peanut butter in it. If you do find yourself needing to take it completely apart down to the screws in order to clean it, for heavens sake pay attention or putting it together can be a challenge. Very happy with this, and our dog is too. ... show more

  • Well Made
Color: Dog Brick Size: Level 2 (Intermediate) Style: Level 2 (Intermediate)
The material is nicer than I expected for the price. I have a small dog who is not an aggressive chewer so I do not know how durable it is for other breeds, but for my pup's needs it extremely well made. I love the small holes that make it possible to smell the treat. It is very easy to use. I typically put about a garden pea or smaller sized treat, or two of his kibble, into each of the 20 different spots and it works very well. A larger or increased amount of treats would definitely fit but I only use the tiny amount since it is a supplement to his regular food. I'm very pleased with this product and I will definitely be looking into getting additional ones from this brand. ... show more

  • Awesome puzzle toy but plastic shield easily chewed
Color: Treat Maze Size: Level 2 (Intermediate) Style: Level 2 (Intermediate)
My 5 month old doxie loves this puzzle toy. Overall, the toy appears to be a hard type plastic and hard type rubber material. However, there is some type of a thin, hard plastic layer that extends out to the opening where the treats come out. I thought maybe this piece slides out but it did not. My dog loves the toy but that plastic piece has deep chew marks on it as picking up in her mouth and tossing it over is part of the play with this puzzle. Not sure how long it will hold up until it cracks or breaks off but we will see. It wasn't that expensive so maybe I will just order an extra one to have on hand. Overall, our pup loves this puzzle toy. ... show more

  • Good for active dogs
Color: Wobble Bowl Size: Wobble Bowl Style: Level 1 (Easy)
I have four dogs ranging from 15 to 140 pounds, and all of them can easily use this toy. It is much larger than I expected, but it moves easily enough that my smallest dog, who is 15 and blind but still very active, can still use it. Even if my little guy couldn't use it, it's difficult to find food toys big enough for my Saint Bernard to use safely, and this one fits the bill, so that's a big bonus! It holds quite a bit of food and the rubberized bottom is a blessing for my sanity (and my tile/hardwood floors. I say it's good for *active* dogs because not only does this toy require the dog to use their brain to get the food out, they also have to move their body around to find the food that spins out. I know most dogs will just bop it around and the food will fall out close by, but for dogs like my pit bull who must smash everything as hard as possible, flinging food everywhere in the process, this thing holds up and provides a good all around outlet for mental and physical energy. My only complaint is that the door just sort of sits in there, held in place by a few tabs rotated about a quarter of a turn, making it easy for a pawsy dog like my pit bull to open it accidentally (or an intelligent dog to bite the handle and open it intentionally, which is what my American bulldog did after watching me fill it.) The holes are also pretty large, allowing a good amount of food to come out of each hole with every push. My dogs are raw fed and do not get kibble so I fill most toys like this with chopped up dehydrated meats and organs. I would imagine that if you use a smaller kibble or anything intended for a small breed, this will get emptied pretty quickly. Overall, it seems sturdy, holds a lot of food/treats, is relatively quiet, and is large enough for even giant breed dogs to use, so you can't really go wrong, especially for the price. ... show more
