I am not using this in a truck bed, but rather in a drylot under my horse's hay nets, since he has destroyed multiple normal, super heavy, 4x6 stall mats. This mat rolls with the punches, he can fold it over, stand on it, and even when the temps are well below zero Fahrenheit, it hasn't cracked or broken like the stall mats.

Very well made and heavy duty. Perfectly cut rectangle at 4ft Wide + 8ft -1.75in long, so slightly longer than the advertised 8ft. Shown fitting perfectly inside a 2024 Kia Carnival minivan. This mat was left outside to air out the heavy rubber smell for 3 weeks before putting it in the van. Some smell still exists but is tolerable now. Probably needs 2 months outside to fully remove the smell. Any rubber like this is going to smell, so not a knock against this mat, and it's made for truck beds not minivans. Excellent value and seems to be made better than the others I looked at on Amazon.

Seems pretty heavy duty. It comes delivered in a box that is about 10"x10"x48". The end that was in the center of the rolled up mat will take time to flatten out. Put in the sun when installing to help smooth it out. It installed easily other than the kink at the end. The mat is thicker than I thought it might be. The back of the mat has semicircle 'bumps', this may help it stay in place after installation in in a wet environment. The one negative is the smell. It really does stink like any other rubber product from China. Smell will only be a problem in an enclosed space (I am using mine in the back of a Suburban). The edges are not cut straight in certain areas, but that is really only an aesthetic issue. This won't hurt its functionality. The size seems true to the description at roughly 48"x96". It think the prices is good for what you get and I would buy it again.

I bought this for the back of my work van. Some reviews say it has a strong smell. Well... it was intended for the back of a pickup truck. I don't think it's that bad. It's like having 4 new tires inside your car. I really am glad I bought this as I had an old hunk of carpet there before and this is much much better.

First, I bought this to use as a grill mat in my back yard. If I did need this for the purpose it is made for, I would be happy with it. I did toss it into the bed of my truck with a 6.5 foot bed and it fit nicely side to side, yes it was long (I bought the 8 foot length) but I feel I would have easily been able to trim it to length. It is a heavy duty mat that has stood up to the elements.

I bought 8 for my commercial fishing vessel and cut them pretty easy to fit the curvature in front of engine box. Helps keep traps from slamming on the deck. Good material.
