  • Quality wetsuit - pay attention to size chart
Size: Large Color: Black
I bought this for the cold PNW waters and it does a good job keeping me warm. Make sure you pay attention to the height chart. I am 6’ 2” 170 lbs and the large is just barely tall enough but the width is right on. I expect it may stretch out slightly but it seems to hold its shape pretty well. The zipper feels quality. Overall solid buy. ... show more

  • Good looking, well-made 3mm/2mm wetsuit. Be careful of the sizing.
I’m a 5’6” (168cm) 150 lb (68kg) man. I have a 31” (79cm) waist, 42” (107cm) chest, 15.5” (39cm) neck, and a 32” (81cm) sleeve. I have a medium, athletic build. Even though I’m a “small” in shirts and jackets, I ordered a “Medium” for this Niksa wetsuit, which was a good choice for me. This wetsuit fits me perfectly. It’s nicely snug, but not too tight. (See my photos.) The sleeves and pants-legs are long enough that I think it would fit somebody who is up to about 5’8”. The wetsuit is well made with some thoughtful features. The zipper-pull is long enough that it’s very easy to reach and use whether zipping or unzipping. The neck has a Velcro tab on the outside to keep the zipper from unzipping. It has soft material on the inside of the neck to make it more comfortable. And there is nothing in the seems that jabs me or irritates my skin. (Side note, I have 5mm/4mm front-zip wetsuit for the winter which is very difficult to get out of. I thought it would be easier than rear-zipper, but I was wrong. I’ll never buy another front-zipper wetsuit again.) FYI in case it helps first-time wetsuit buyers—especially those in northern California where the water and aridity requires me to wear a wetsuit when body surfing in the ocean (~58 degrees F) or windsurfing in the bay (~68 degrees F), even on a hot day. A 3mm/2mm wetsuit is perfect for the summertime here in ariid Northern California and I’ve had a few 3/2 wetsuits over the decades. This Niksa wetsuit is good-looking, well-made, and works as well as any wetsuit that I’ve ever owned. This is a well-made, good-looking wetsuit at a reasonable price, so I’m giving it 5-stars. ... show more

  • Very professional feeling suit
Although this wetsuit is advertised for all types of water sports, we primarily use it for scuba diving. It was a gift for my 15-year-old son, who recently got certified, and it has worked out perfectly so far. We purchased the medium size, and it fits him very well — please refer to the pictures for reference. He finds it very comfortable and easy to put on, which is a big plus. On our first dive day, the water temperature was around 72°F, and we dove to a maximum depth of 32 feet, with a bottom time of approximately 50 minutes. I was initially concerned that he might be either too cold or overheat, but the 3mm suit provided just the right balance — it allowed for excellent temperature regulation throughout the dive, and he stayed comfortable the entire time. In terms of build quality, the wetsuit appears to be very well made. The seams are intact and professionally stitched, and the zipper is sturdy and operates smoothly. My son was able to zip and unzip it on his own with the help of the long cord attached to the zipper. One final note: we dive in an area with a very rocky entry and exit point. Despite some rough waves, my son managed to get out of the water without a single scratch — unlike me, who ended up with a gash on my knee. The wetsuit definitely provided him with an extra layer of protection. Overall, I highly recommend this wetsuit for young or new scuba divers. It's a solid product that offers both comfort and durability. ... show more

  • Medium a little too small for me
I'm 5'10" and 140lbs. I was slim enough for the lateral (wide) fit, but I was definitely not comfortable with the height. I could get it on and zip it up, but only with a lot of pressure on my shoulders. I'll keep an eye out for a larger size, which is a new experience because I dont have any clothing in a large size. The construction and stitching appear well done. If I was only a little shorter this would be perfect. ... show more

  • Thick and impressive!
This wet suit impressed me out of the box! It's no cheap skinny fabric, like the one I got many years ago for my son! This one has stick neoprene fabric, and it's so really well, and I'm looking forward to using it more frequently this summer but I've been able to during the winter ;-)

  • Solid, good fitting wetsuit
Thick, basic wetsuit. Comfortable and warm. I wanted one for kayaking when it gets a little too cold and this fits the bill really well and in cooler weather still made being in the water much, much more tolerable. It's a little baggy when you are bent rather than very stretchy, but that's fine for this price. ... show more
