I am not a professional photographer but I have been wanting a really fast prime for a long time to finish my kit for my Z9. The photos I have taken with this lens are fantastic. I usually shoot birds with my 600mm but this time of year the bird population dwindles so I look for other subjects. The photos are sharp and at f/1.2 you can really get that subject separated from the background. This lens is super sharp. The amount of details you get while it’s wide open, is just amazing. Paring this with the Z system, I can short in low light and no issue. There is some vignette, which is expected being open 1.2. Overall, I really recommend this lens for every day use and portraits.
