Contrary to the product description claiming "flexible side grab handle" the carry-on doesn't have a handle on the side. This must be the cheapest money saving omission I have ever seen! There is no cross tie below the zipped cover on either side, but that I could have guessed from the pictures. I am travelling with this set tomorrow, so no time to return it; I'll modify the review later if appropriate. ... show more

Hi There, If you're left scratching your head regarding the lock on this beautiful case, I'm here to help. 1. Set TSA lock code to 000. 2. Press the red button down with a ballpoint pen (under "WHG"), and while you're still holding the button down, input your new code. 3. I love how small and cute it is. It's easy to roll around, very lightweight. Just enough space to pack for a weekend getaway and the built in TSA lock is pretty awesome! Took my like 5 mins to figure how to unlock it when I first got it, but when I figured it out I felt pretty ditzy lol

    • Our locks don’t work
I wrote a previous review about how light and maneuverable these cases are. And they are!!! I love the color we ordered. But the locks on the case don’t work, (at least for us). And we all tried! The company gives great timely deliveries!

    • Lock instructions do not work. Lock is useless.
The instructions to set the combination say to hold button C (the recessed square button) until you hear a clicking sound. That implies either a mechanism in motion or an electronic device. The lock is neither. There is no clicking sound. There is never a clicking sound. If the instructions mean, as I suspect they might, to use a pointed object such as a ball point pen to depress the square button to its limit, then to hold it while changing the numbers, then they should clearly say that. In process of trying various methods to press the button until hearing a clicking sound, and trying various things to figure out how to set the combination, I apparently succeeded in setting the combination to whatever numbers the tumblers happened to be set to at the time. Now I can't open the lock. Even the cheap Chinese products include a youtube link to demonstrate how to do something like this. I'm sending the second one back. If you are certain you can use this lock successfully, you might try the suitcase. If not, stay away. ... show more
