Got this for the household and finally took some time to put it together. It didn't take too long, less than an hour. The instructions could be clearer, I had to undo and redo a portion of it. Be careful tightening the screws, especially the smaller ones, 2 of mine are spinning/don't tighten anymore. After that, I waited until the end to tighten all the screws. It is lightweight and tall. An empty cart on smooth floors can roll around easily. After you put some weight on it, it starts to show its flimsiness. I have to be careful pulling it with weight on it while on carpet. I ended up placing it in a corner of my bedroom to temporarily store some clothing. I had an ottoman in the spot where I wanted to place it. Somehow the ottoman magically fit on the bottom rack, so it worked out for me. It says it has a 300lb capacity. Not sure about that. Maybe if it is parked in a corner and you don't move it while it's loaded. I would not chance moving it with that much weight on it. For what I'm using it for, it works for me. I placed clothes on the top rack. They touch the middle shelf, so I couldn't really use the middle shelf for any real storage. Maybe hiding a thing or two in between. Unless I'm hanging shorts, I can't use the middle rack since my ottoman is there for now. Currently using the top to store some extra throw blankets. The price on this unit is decent. Overall, I am happy with this selection.

This rack piece is a decent build quality of pipe pieces and material which allow it to be sturdy enough and strong enough to withstand a hanging rack set of chothes. There are also racks of which you can place extra stuff, like shoes, boxes or more folded clothes. This is ideal for small spaces that you might want to utilize the most space saving accessories like this rack. I like that it has some decent caster wheels to attach for easy moving of the whole rack. The rack isn't super robust, but it's not so flimsey either. I've had some racks that had some very weak piping that would bend if too much weight was on it... This is much better, though I wouldn't store any very heavy boxes on this as it's on wheels, somewhat narrow, and potentially top heavy. Other than that, when it's utilized properly, it would serve very well for saving some extra space. Came with everything you need to put together, an allen-wrench, all the bots, pipes, racks we... Everything was there, well labeled and the instructions was fairly easy to read. I was actually impressed how well they packed everything. If you open the right end, you have everything neatly placed on top, bag of bolts, hanger hooks, caster wheels... It was a painless process of putting it together, and I think I spent about 30mins total. A few tips: Keep bolts facing out, rack release buttons facing down, and most importantly, don't tighten too much before you get certain pieces in, because it might be hard to wedge certain pieces in with little clearance with previous bolts being too tight. Get them in enough to hold... Retighten thenm all after. The instructions will show you as well on what pieces go where. The only issue I had with this is they missed labellinig one bag of pipes, but that was no problem as it was easy to figure out, as all other bags were well labelled.

When this was first delivered, the product box was absolutely trashed so I wasn't surprised to find the entire hardware package was missing. However, I was able to return it easily for a replacement & the 2nd one was fine and had all the pieces. There are a lot of different "posts" and they all have their specific place. Most of those bags had identifying letters on them (A - D) but the other 2 bags had nothing at all to say which they were. Since the instructions reference everything (including the screws) by letter, that made it a little challenging. It came with an Allen wrench for the screws and a crescent wrench to tighten the wheels. Both are flimsy/inexpensive but it's handy not to have to find the right size. The hooks they give you are just plastic so I wouldn't hang anything heavy on them. It's pretty tall (the dark rectangle above it is the ceiling fan so...). I think you could hang shirts/coats on both rails w/o crushing anything. I also like that this has multiple shelves. For my purposes it's good but it could be a detriment if you need somplace to hang long things (coats, etc.).You can't leave it out, either, as it's part of the structural support. I suppose it's a construction issue or something but there's a big space in the middle of each shelf (see pic); seems just made for things to fall through but you could put a piece of plexi or something there if you need to. 1 star off b/c: - The instructions aren't super clear, they give drawings but they're not detailed and there are important parts they left out. As an example, when you attach the first set of uprights to the lowest shelf, it's important to ensure the screw holes on them face outward for the next step. I hadn't noticed they even *had* screw holes so I ended up having to redo 3 of the 4. I paid better attention as I went on & noticed a few other similar omissions so it's a good idea to look at everything before you start. - There were a few spots where a screw hole was not lined up properly (within the same post, even), making it hard to align to its matching piece. Most screws tightened correctly but a few got all the way in & then just spun. Not sure if that's a product of the screw or the hole(s). There are a few extra screws (of both sizes) so I may try one & see if that fixes it. PRO TIP for when you're assembling an item like this, where you have 4 screws coming in from each corner. Do NOT screw one side in all the way first, i.e., don't do one *side* at a time. Best practice is to start with one, then go to the opposite CORNER (not side), then return to the 1st side, etc. This allows the assembly process itself to "square off" the item so it sits correctly. DON'T set the screws all the way in, either, until you're sure it's squared off. Otherwise you could end up w/one side's screws further in than the opposite side, which reduces the stability. Hope that made sense but the idea is to keep things equidistant as you assemble it. Working alone, I think the whole thing took me about 45 min (including a few times I had to undo/redo a step b/c of vague instructions), a little higher than average. Assembled, it seems pretty stable. I've not attached the wheels yet b/c we're using it for a party this weekend but when I move it to the laundry area I'll prob add the wheels. It's worth the advertised price, IMO. I've seen ones made of plastic that just snap together for this price or more and this one is at least made of metal & held together w/hardware.
