I bought the Extra Large Size 29.3'' High Back Outdoor Patio Furniture Sectional Sofa Set (9 piece), in the color light grey. This furniture set is exactly as described. Every strip of rattan was tightly woven and secured into place. The light grey cushion color and appearance of furniture was exactly as pictured. The clips provided to secure modules together functioned excellently, as they effectively and successfully prevented the modules from separating, thus making the structural integrity sound. All elements of the fire pit table, from the frame to the glass top, to the storage space under table were sound and functioned as described. I have not, as of yet, tested out the functioning of the propane gas unit system, but trust that it will work as described. I will update accordingly. The access doors to the fire pit table functioned as described without any issues. The cushions were thick and comfortable. Modules were easy to move around and arrange. These modules are the best because you have the option of arranging them any way you desire. What's not to love? Every detail was well thought out. This patio furniture set is structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. It's a "win-win." The customer service is more than excellent as well (as contacted them on more than several occasions). I highly recommend this Patio furniture set. Jump in and get this furniture set...you won't regret it! Everything about this product and it's seller is exceptional. Hope this helps.

***This is not a promotional review and I normally do not write reviews. HOWEVER, I definitely felt compelled to write a review for my new patio furniture set.*** I have had other outdoor furniture from other companies throughout the years, though this is the first time I purchased a set on Amazon. I was extremely skeptical looking for an outdoor set on here and this process literally took me hours of researching, but thanks to other reviews and their photos of their furniture it made my decision solid with choosing this set. Delivery Process: There was one hiccup which was on Amazon’s end due to them having my order marked in their system as delivered after only delivering 5 out of a 9 piece set. I went through Amazon's website to report missing items etc… However, in the packages with the assembly instructions the company has their contact information which I also reached out to them via email and explained my concerns. This was on a Sunday afternoon and I received a response from an awesome individual named ARIEL in their customer service department on Sunday night! She had all of my tracking numbers for each box shipped and provided me the dates on when the carrier would be dropping off the remainder of the packages. I definitely did not expect to receive a response to my concern by Nicesoul especially on a Sunday evening. That speaks volumes on their customer service. She apologized although there was no need to on her end as it was not their fault as to why Amazon marked their delivery status as complete. Not only did Ariel assist with my concerns she went above and beyond and followed-up with me once all of my packages were received. Assembly Process: The assembly was legit easy! Hands down!! It looks a bit overwhelming as soon as you open the first package for a chair as you will see a bunch of screws in 1 bag, however I honestly didn’t really need directions once I got the first 4 screws in and attached only 2 sides together. Once I assembled the first chair it was mad quick for the remainder of the chairs and tables. All of the hardware was there. They gave extra pieces of the material in case of wear and tear down the line. The fire pit literally took me less than 30 min to put together. Although, it is recommended to have 2 people assemble everything I was able to accomplish it all on my own. Yes, I am a woman and yes I do things like this all the time alone. Lol Honestly, though I genuinely think anyone can assemble on their own if they truly feel like it. I just mentioned that in case someone felt it was absolutely necessary to hire or need people for assembly purposes. Quality: The material and bases are solid and very sturdy. The furniture is heavy. The cushions are very comfortable. I have gotten endless compliments from whomever see’s my furniture via in person and pictures. My son and I were able to light the fire pit and watch a movie with no issues. The heat settings depends on your preference, but you can feel it. Outside that night was a bit chilly and we had 1 blanket and the fire pit on and my 7 yr old son (who hates being cold) fell asleep on the couch outside and when I woke him up he didn’t remember he was outside so I guess thats more kudos since he couldn't even tell if he was in the bed or not. LOL!!! It has already been through rain and blessed with lovely annoying pollen and it was nothing to wipe it down quick and sit and enjoy. Also, the fire pit DOES come with a cover!!!!! Overall Review: Apologies for the length, but I want to be able to assist with anyone else who is like me and researches for hours on end before they make a big purchase like this and let them know that they wouldn't be disappointed at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY PATIO FURNITURE!!!!!!!! Hands down I will be purchasing more furniture from Nicesoul!!!! Shoot out to Ariel!!! LOL

The only things that could use improvement are: 1. Pillow heights could be a smidge taller; but no couch sitters have yet complained. 2. The magnetic catch on the fire table door could be a little bit stronger or easier to align. I need to reassemble this as the door often falls open on its own. I added a magnet on top of the magnet. 3. I wish it was sold with the cover; or at least if the cover was linked to the product description and offered on amazon. Finding a cover with a good fit was difficult until the Nicesoul team provided one. HOWEVER, the height of the items (fire table) and the cover design cave under the weight of rain water. Everything is wet and I have tried twice to secure it. A better, thicker material, tighter cover is needed. I recommend not storing the cushions outside until this is worked out. On the A+ side: 1. The couch is comfortable and looks great. 2. Assembly wasn't as tedious as others reported. I had a friend help and it took 2 hours for 9 pieces.

I was a little skeptical about buying a patio set online without seeing the quality in person, but I decided to take a chance after weeks of research / comparing prices, and I am glad that I did. This set is very good quality for the price and looks even better. My patio feels like a resort and I have gotten so many compliments, it looks a lot more expensive than it is. They arrived in 5 large boxes. I received it just days after building a gazebo and was tired of putting things together but was able to get it done in about 2-3 hours with two people. Putting them together was pretty straightforward and got easier after the first one, but it was a little time consuming. The cushions are comfortable however they do slide so I am looking into getting Velcro to keep them in place. The firepit that converts into a table when not in use is probably my favorite part. It came with a generous amount of pebbles and it makes the experience so much better. I’ve had it set up for about three months and it has held up pretty well, I still love it. No complaints, I’d definitely recommend this purchase.
