This set looks really amazing. The pieces are all very heavy duty. The chairs are very comfortable. We got the 15 piece set. It did arrive in several different boxes over about 4 days. Since there were so many pieces it did take a while to assemble, but the assembly was easy and the parts clearly marked. It averaged about 15 mins per piece to assemble. One of our pieces was damaged out of the box. I contacted the seller and they responded within a few hours and shipped out a replacement piece (just the panel that was damaged).

They say you get what you pay for but in this case I believe we got more. We have gone through several patio sets over the years but I have to say this one is the best of them all. First, we received them so quickly we were actually shocked! Secondly, the assembly was super easy. I will also say that the cushion are super firm. Not like those awful light foamy ones are at other stores that go flat after only a few uses. These cushions are firm like a type of memory foam that is super comfortable and returns to original shape!! Now of course this will happen in the time of non use. It isn’t like an air cushion that returns as soon as you stand up. I will also say that the customer service was top tier! I didn’t realize that when ordering a different color of cushions they would come in separately. I kind of blew right past that part in the description lol. I contacted them through messaging center and was replied to within hours. Let me tell you, I contacted them several times and never waited longer than 16 hrs to get an answer. When I contacted them about the blue covers, They contacted me right away and provided all of the shipping information for each box and where the last one containing the covers were. I was missing an assembly bag (containing screw, washers and the feet) for an ottoman. Upon contact, I told them no worries on the screws and washers as I had plenty in my garage that fit but needed the feet. The response was super prompt and they continued to provide updates as they worked to get the feet out to me. They arrived within about 5 days. I inquired via messenger to purchase an additional single corner piece to ensure the same color was available and was promptly sent a link with instructions to contact them back via message center and she would ensure I received the color I wanted. That chair came arrived in like 3 days! Dang at the turn around time! I will tell you that the fire pit is wonderful. I love the ease of access to the gas tank underneath. I will say be patient when lighting it and follow the instructions. It is after all gas and can be finicky when it wants to be. I will also say that although this set was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, the customer service alone was enough to keep me as a return customer.

This set was very reasonably priced and seems to be good quality so far. It was pretty easy to put together. I got the 8 piece set and I like that you can change it around for different configurations. The cushions are comfortable. My only complaint is that the material is kinda slippery and the back cushions have nothing to secure them in place so they constantly fall down. The seat cushions do however come with a way to fasten them to their base. Customer service was helpful and fast when I reached out to explain the ottomans didn’t come with the rest of the shipment. They explained that they were on their way and gave me the exact date they would arrive.

Beautiful, good quality and looks more expensive than it costed! I had an issue with one of the panels’ threading but the seller took care of it immediately and I got the replacement piece 2 days later after contacting them. Sturdy, comfortable and easy to assemble. The fire pit looks incredible and very expensive!

We looked around at several furniture stores and ended up with this one! Absolutely cozy feeling, can be rearranged to several formats, looks amazing together with a fire table!! Was delivered on time as noted; easy to assemble, the directions were clear, Took us only a few hours. The individual chairs can be easily latched so it don’ doesn’t move. However the cushions do not strap to the back of the couch, so it’s free to move, would have been nice if it had a strap. No parts were missing or damaged in the entire delivered. The fabric is as mentioned in the description. Weather resistant, color matches the picture in the product photo; does not come with pillows, means they need to ordered separately. The fire table is the absolute highlight! Comes with a holder for propane tank, Cover when not in use and glass shield. The pebbles inside the fire table gives a nice glossy look. A worthy Product!

I was looking for a long time for some really nice outdoor patio , that would be strong/sturdy and beautiful, but most important of all, at a very good/reasonable price. I found this set and loved look and I loved the price too, so We went for it, we hired the assembly service because I don’t have time to do it myself, first of all the set is so beautiful and elegant, very comfortable. We can’t believe we were able to find such a beautiful set for such an affordable price , just as a reference I’m 6.1 foot man , this set is perfect for me and my whole family, the fact that the set comes with a fire pit just make things even greater. We have got so many compliments when we have visits over . The assembly service was also awesome and very worthy. This company is also a real gem, communication and costumer service is great. If Could I would give them 10 starts. We absolutely love this set. 100 Recommended

This is a beautiful patio furniture set! It is well made, durable, and comfortable. The cushions are waterproof. There is also another set of covers that comes with it. It is easy enough for one person to assemble. The fire table gives off a good amount of heat. This company has great customer service! A piece of one of the chairs was not lining up correctly, so I reached out to the company. They sent a replacement part which arrived within a few days. They reached out after a few days to make sure the replacement part worked. You will not regret buying this patio furniture set!

Nice patio set for the money . I got this set because I wanted ottomans that can make lounge like a bed for my deck. This worked out perfectly. Set is good quality and cushions are a nice thickness.
