After my Revlon dryer brush broke earlier this week (dropped it and the detachable brush head connectors broke) I went in search of a basic dryer brush and came across this. Not familiar with this brand but I have to say I am pleased! I actually don't want a detachable head since all I use it for is drying my shoulder length hair. I have wavy hair and dry it with a slight wave (not beach wave but just a bend at the ends so it's not stick straight.) And it does great. Adds volume and dries quickly. The cord is perfect length and not TOOO long. The only negative is that the bristles don't seem super high quality but they're good enough for my needs. ... show more

I just used it for the first time. It didn't necessarily cut down my time. I have naturally curly thick hair in a long Bob right now. However, it was definitely a way more efficient way to blow dry my hair. It took my about 20 min but that includes figuring out temp/speed, best technique and redirecting my toddler. Hot air feels really hot! Definitely had to be mindful when I was doing the bottom layer by my neck. You have a lot more airflow with this tool than a traditional blow dryer. Only potential flaw is I wish the extension cord was a little longer but I didn't have any issues. The 360 cord is extremely beneficial. All in all GREAT BUY!! My hair looked fantastic! Way better and smoother than my regular blow drawing technique. I was able to make my hair curl in very easy and actually keep it that way. ... show more

I am entirely deficient when it comes to doing my hair. It is absolutely a skill that I lack. In the past, when I have used a round brush and a hair dryer it has been comical, and I manage to get the brush tangled in my hair and or burn my scalp. As a 47 year old woman, I assure you, it’s quite humours. Anyway, I didn’t want to try something and spend a ton of money on a product that I may or may not be able to use with success. This was cheap enough that it wouldn’t have been too much of a loss had I not been able to use it. In addition, the power cord is on a swivel so I knew that I wouldn’t be caught in tangling that. One less issue! I have had complete success with this product. It’s easy, it works quickly and has multiple settings so I don’t cook my hair (it’s very fine). I have gotten complements when I go into work and I proudly get to say that I actually DID my hair. I usually just slap it in a claw clip after I dry it and call it good. I’d be able to give this a higher review if the placement of the buttons were in a better area. Literally my thumb hits it 3-4 times when using it changing the heat or turning it off. Super annoying to have to really focus on not moving my hand down. Other than that, it works well and it is nice to have the ability to change the heat setting and the airflow. I have tried two other brands of hair dryer brushes. One always ran too hot, even on low heat. The other big name expensive one nearly caught fire the first time I used it. I hesitantly decided to try again, and the third time may be the charm. I chose this Nicebay hair dryer brush because you can adjust the fan speed and the temperature control independently of each other. Out of the box, it weighs less than either of the other two brands I tried. It was not any louder than a standard hair dryer, either. I did pre-dry my hair with my standard blow dryer to get my roots about 60% dry before sectioning my hair and reaching for this hair dryer brush. I did not find the controls on the handle to be difficult to use, nor did they accidentally change settings if I changed my grip on the handle. You have to be fairly deliberate with pushing the control buttons. This made quick work of drying my hair. Starting with damp roots, I rarely had to make more than three passes over any one section to dry. I was pleased with the results. Normally, I would spend 45 minutes with my standard hair dryer and a round brush to dry my hair. By using this blow dryer brush after a quick power dry on the roots with my regular dryer, it took me about 20 minutes total to go from barely towel dried to dry and ready for the day. ... show more
