Great for a basic starter home gym. I did glue the edges so the filling didn't spill out (they aren't solid but instead filled with a sand like material). That's my only complaint. Aside from that you can get some great work in with these. Or go find some rocks.

Read the reviews, not the glowing description from the product catalog to find out what these are really like Yellow Plastic padding, looks cool and adds some protection but it’s plastic so doesn’t really prevent from rolling, and you can’t drop the weights Using the fasteners the way shown in the photo works fine otherwise the weights just didn’t stay in place when used the other way round and kept getting loose. It takes some time to switch out the weights but I guess that’s expected with screw style fasteners They don’t seem to have option to purchase weights separately if you run out of combinations and want to level up, so make sure to purchase 66lb or higher if you want to ramp up quickly. In the 66lb, you can go upto 35lb on one dumbbell. Also when they advertise 66lb it may include the weight from the dumbbell handles too since the weights themselves add up to ~64lb. If you have sweaty hands, the dumbbells have a plastic grip and are slippery and don’t provide a good grip In summary, these are decent considering other over priced options, but you get what you pay for. These can really be stellar product with good clamps and better padding on the weights and the dumbbell grip.

As anyone looking for dumbbells during the pandemic knows, it's almost impossible. I bought these because they were literally the only option available immediately that allowed for adjustable weight. I wasn't a huge fan of the yellow, but it's actually kind of grown on me. PROS • Packed neatly and efficiently for shipping - I kept the box to put them away easily when needed. • Neoprene casing is durable and keeps the weights from sliding around, even on hardwood. • Bar handles have a comfortable and sturdy grip. CONS • Because it allows for more weight, the ends of the dumbbells stick out considerably if you're only using one plate on each side. I ordered the 55lb option, so maybe the lower weight options have shorter dumbbell bars, though I'm not sure. • The plastic screw-on bolts are a bit of pain to get on and off. Don't expect to be able to switch between different plates quickly. On mine, one side screws on easily, the others stick a bit and require more work to get on and off. (I bought some metal clamps to use instead, but those aren't much easier because of the threading on the bar) I haven't used the barbell yet, so I can't attest to that. Hope this review is helpful. I'm still very grateful to have these and will happily work with the cons in order to keep up a good at home workout routine.
