You get what you pay for. And Amazon is useless at helping to return this. Spent over 90 minutes chatting with 4 Amazon customer service agents who offered me to repackage it, wrap it with bubble wrap or find another box similar size (like where am I going to find that or have that much bubble wrap). And I have to pay for shipping!?!?! I want to return it but I cannot repackage this myself!) So if you get this and you don’t like it - you can rest assured you cannot return it! All the comments about this being uncomfortable are true. There are no cushions on the seating area of the couch. That is why it is uncomfortable. You sit on a frame that MAY have a paper-thin layer of cushioning. It is like sitting on a seat on a bus. The seat depth is very small. I had spent so little on this couch expecting it would not last long while I save for a high quality couch but I never expected that it would last long because no one wants to sit on it because its as hard as a rock! Lessons learned Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY THIS.

The media could not be loaded. Wow I love ❤️ it came few days early 🙌, do wish the seats had a few more inches came with 2 pillows which is a plus. Also kinda wish it was a bit longer, but that was my fault for not measuring correctly. For the price it's great assembly was easy took like 10min comfort is good just need to brake it in.

I regret buying this sofa. I just moved so I had to get rid of an 8 year old sectional that I really loved because it was too large for the new apartment. It was a dark gray faux leather sectional identical to this model the difference was the name brand, color, and size, but everything else looked the same I was so excited to purchase this one cause it looked so similar to the previous one, I loved the color and I thought it would feel as confortable but geesh was I wrong. This couch does not disappoint in the aesthetics department but when it comes to comfort, I give it a 0. It is waaayyy too firm. I've set in wooden park benches that are more comfortable than this sofa. I'm extremely disappointed and I wish there was a way I could return it. I thought that by sitting on it a couple times it will soften but it's way too firm and the depth is very shallow. This sofa would be nice for a waiting area at a dental office or somewhere you don't have to sit too long, it is not built for a home. I don't know if the the fabric version is better confort wise but I don't recomend the faux leather if you're looking for confort. The assembly was pretty easy and fast, I did it by myself in 2 hours or less.
