    • Great laptop for great price!
Love this laptop! Have had for a little over a year now and still works as the day I received it. Was packaged well and delivered in a timely manner. Great laptop for the price. Setup was quick and easy. The picture quality is good. Lots of storage. Very satisfied would purchase again.

    • Great while it lasted...

I bought this for work back in July. It seemed to fit the bill and I had no issue, although the camera isn't great. I liked the price and the one year warranty, so I was comfortable buying this unknown brand. Then around October/November, the battery was not lasting very long at all, which I could deal with as long as I had access to an outlet. When I take this with me, it's in my bag. Or I'm working on a lap desk on the couch. Nothing crazy. But I realized that some of the screws came loose on the bottom and the pieces started separating, making it impossible to close. I first contacted the seller on Nov 24th about this. After going back and forth over the last few weeks, I decided to send it back and they agreed to replace it under warranty. (They originally offered to send me some replacement screws and somehow walk me through putting everything back in order, but I have zero confidence or experience in doing such a thing, so I opted for the replacement in light of the battery issue.) They acknowledge that they received the tracking info, and USPS shows it as delivered as of January 10th. I still have received NO WORD from the seller (it's now the 30th), despite sending a few follow up emails asking on the status of my replacement. I even chatted with Amazon and they asked me to give it up to 14 days, and it's now been 14 business days. I'm very frustrated and annoyed. It sucks to be out a few hundred dollars and I miss the convenience of being able to work away from home. I did not want to resort to a 1-star review but I really hope the seller will make good on their word. ... show more

    • You won’t regret this purchase
I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks now, and I’m beyond impressed. The performance is smooth and fast — it handles multitasking like a pro, even with several tabs, apps, and programs running at once. The display is crystal clear with vibrant colors, making it perfect for both work and streaming. Battery life is outstanding — I can go nearly a full day without needing to plug in. The keyboard is super comfortable to type on, and the overall build quality feels sturdy and premium. Whether you’re a student, professional, or casual user, this laptop is a reliable, powerful option that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommend! ... show more

This laptop is a top winner all around. I was a SA for over 20 yrs. Fast customer team service if needed. I love the backlit keyboard and abundant port selection. Worth the price a definite buy now!

Love the size but its slow sensitive to touch its stated its a gaming laptop its not good for gaming you need something more powerful its not worth $500 if you are wanting to play things like sims my pc is way faster. i wouldn’t recommend it, it doesn’t perform well on the gaming side.

Display Size: 17.3 Inches Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
When I searched up high-end gaming this showed up and it looked promising but when I ordered one and it came in I tried running a variety of games and it was severely under performing I tried playing League on it with minimum specs and it was running at 8 frames and the audio was horrible. Good for browsing the internet for a computer just browsing the internet not worth the price though. And the CPU was always at 100% even if it's only the browser. My old gaming computer of 4 years was never this bad. ... show more
