It holds the headset and rechargeable elite strap extender just fine. It does not charge the headset or can I get the controller rechargeable batteries to go over 75%. The rechargeable elite strap extender battery charges. I switch the two cords and it still only charges the extender battery. I change out cords and purchased high end cords and still no dice. Does anybody know what kind of rechargeable batteries came with this device? I have several different types of chargers gonna try to get them to 100%, because they came 100%. I just do not think it has enough juice to work properly. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I vehemently do not recommend purchasing this product. ... show more

This was a birthday gift and the person loves it!! It goes great with they’re set up and they don’t have to keep changing their batteries anymore. I was happy with this purchase. It does charge quickly. Easy to use, charging cord is not to short as you can set head set in multiple positions. The head does not have to sit in a specific position. My only issue would be that I can't use any cover/hand strap for the controllers due to the partition of the charging port and the fact nobody makes one to work with the charger. We own 3 of these now! I absolutely love them and it makes a nice display for all of our VR sets. The rechargeable batteries last about a year with heavy use! The magnetic connection for charging makes it easy for the kids to put them on the charger without risking damage to the system from kids being kids and yanking out the cords and damaging the headsets over time.
