Had a dock from another vendor, but the controllers weren't charging consistently. Before the Nexigo, it would take us at least 5 minutes after every Oculus session to fumble around with the old dock until the controllers would make contact (and then they'd lose contact overnight). I'm so glad I decided to try the Nexigo! We've had it now for nearly a month, and the old dock is now packed away as a backup. The Nexigo dock is quick & easy to set up and has a compact profile. If you have a 3rd party halo or other gear attached to the Oculus headset, you don't have to adjust the attachments to charge, as the dock will not interfere with the attachments. The controllers fit nice and snug in the dock and we have never had an issue with the connections losing contact. Note that we don't have anything on the controllers, such as grips or other accessories - if you have these, the controllers might not fit in the slots. The charging is fast and always charges to the recommended level (headset is at 100%, controllers at 80% so they don't burn out). The profile is sharp, and it keeps everything organized. The only downside - if you consider this a "downside" - is that the blue / amber LED charging light under the headset platform is BRIGHT and will light up a room. We haven't yet figured out if you can turn the light off or down. Fortunately, our Nexigo is in an empty room, but if you keep your Oculus in your bedroom, you might want to put a box over it or something to block the light. Bottom line: Great dock for the money and looks fantastic. Works great and easy to set up & use. Light is bright enough to be used as a night light. Really happy with the purchase.

We’ve had this for a while now. It’s definitely worth the money we paid. It’s like stepping into a whole new world, it’s pretty impressive and fun. The head set fits good, and it’s easy to adjust. The controllers fit nicely in the hands and are secured well with the wrist straps. It connects easily, no issues. The battery life last for hours without needing to be charged, which is great for long game playing. And when it does need to be charged, the charging station clearly indicates when it’s finished. Our children accidentally knocked the controllers on the floor a couple times, but they were durable and there was no damage.

Edit: The company got in touch with me quickly and and sent me a replacement unit that works perfectly. It was disappointing that the initial unit did not work properly, but they corrected the issue quickly and I really like the style of this charging dock. They're not looking to sell something cheap and blow off the customer, so I would recommend them as a business. Good to see a company quick to help and correct any issues. The Positives: I liked the design and simplicity of putting it together. I like it as a stand better than other charging docks. You can turn the main light for the headset off while its charging if the light bothers you. The Negatives: Everything else. It took multiple tries to get the headset to start charging (it kept showing blue when it should have been orange). It took some wiggling for the magnetic charger to catch just right to register. We'll see if that light actually works as intended. I have not been able to get the controllers to register with the dock. Quadruple check the batteries, even though putting them in- it was obvious that you had to have them facing the right was for the metal contacts. But no matter what I did after that, the indicator lights never turned on for either of them. So right now I just have a nice stand for them and will probably just get some rechargeable batteries and a charger, instead of dealing with finding a dock that works better than this. It's a shame because I do like the look of it, and it doesn't take up too much space. So save your money on this one and find a different one that's cheaper or find one that works better for the price this was.

Aesthetically, when the charging lights decide to work, this dock looks great. I like the orange light indicating that the unit is charging the headset and controllers, and the blue light when everything is charged. Our headset with pro head strap fits perfectly on it, and the rechargeable batteries this dock came with work great. (When installing the included batteries and the new battery covers, make sure the batteries are positioned so that they make contact with the covers by the indicated strips on the batteries, found that out the hard way, should've been obvious lol!) All in all the dock is fantastic; it gives a perfect setting for our quest 2 to rest, and it does, in fact, charge everything. Knocked off one star simply due to the charging/charged lights not always working; minor inconvenience, albeit annoying for me, if I could knock only a half star off for that aspect then that's what I'd do.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughters Oculus Quest 2. She opened it today and it looks nice. Charges the headset fine. Only downfall is that it won't charge remotes. I placed the batteries in correctly and it still won't charge the remotes. At this point I'm just going to reach out to support and see if they can exchange for a replacement that functions properly. Therfore I'm only rating 3 stars. Will update once I've received a replacement that actually works on both remotes and headset. Update: So before reaching out to support my husband decided to mess around with the remotes and decided to slightly pull out the little metal contact tabs on the remote covers to see if that was the issue and to see if it would make better contact on the rechargeable batteries. We'll guess what everyone?! That was the problem! Now I'm not saying that's the case for everyone else but I would suggest doing this before reaching out to support or asking for a new replacement. It might fix your remote issues that we had. Give it a try. Therfore I'm updating my rating to 5 starts. It was a simple issue that was fixed at home.

**UPDATE** 08/09/2022 Got an email from customer support offering to replace the product in full, no returns required. Received the new item and it is working beautifully and as advertised. I can appreciate a company that is willing to make a bad situation right and they did exactly that. I’ve changed my review to 5 stars based on this. **UPDATE** 7/24 Product is garbage. DO NOT BUY!! Save your money. I bypassed the headset charger and just plugged it in directly since the cable issued had failed. I was still using it to charge the controllers and as a holder for the equipment. Now the right side controller won’t charge. The charge indicator light just blinks every few seconds. This thing is now no more than an oversized paperweight. After my initial review I was hoping the company would make good on the product and sent a replacement cable or something. Haven’t heard from anyone. Not Amazon, not the manufacturer. Find another product to buy cause this one ain’t worth it. Cool product. I like it, I really do. I needed a place for this thing to charge. Within a week, the charger stopped charging the headset. I plugged the headset into its factory charger and it works fine. Otherwise, easy assembly and parts seem of pretty good quality.

This is the second of the exact same purchase we've made (2 kids, 2 oculus quest 2s) we originally bought one thinking we'd rotate the headsets on it (they're not exactly free, so tried to make one work) and we loved it so much, we bought the second. It charges quickly and is so easy to use, is stable and doesn't take up a ton of space. Its is such a great upgrade from them laying around plugged in somewhere. Lights up and looks expensive. Our 7 and 8 year old have zero problems using it regularly. (Haven't dropped one etc.)
