This would be great for wearing underneath a dress. I'm 5' 7.5, around 160 lbs. I ordered a Large _XLarge. It fit nicely around my thighs, but didn't hugged my waist and lower stomach as much as I wanted it to. The material is thin, underwear lines are visible. I would not suggest for working out.
