I purchased this bike and I was and still am very surprised at how well it functions. 35 mph is quicker than you think lol. Trust me. It feels like a motorcycle. The digital display is clear as day and it also tracks the mileage you put on the bike. While I recommend you get the insurance for obvious reasons, please please please make sure you contact the seller directly. I had an issue and they reached out personally to right a major wrong. Nowadays, it feels like companies don't care about the consumers anymore. This was definitely not the case. It was very nice for once to have a company actually reach out and actually go above and beyond to fix a problem. Nobody is perfect, and I understand that people make mistakes. But I had a major problem and these folks truly made it right. The bike was so much better than I ever could have expected. I ride my bike to work everyday and the guys I work with genuinely get a kick out of it. I can't tell you how many guys have said they wanna get one if only to save on gas lol. The point here is to point out how punctual, professional, and kind these folks were to me. They easily could have screwed me outta money and I more than likely wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. The fact that they took a risk on my behalf means so much to me. I'm a real guy, with a regular job and a family. So losing hundreds of dollars would have been devastating. I wanna thank the folks at Nexaglide for making things right and you definitely have a long term customer here. Below is the beast I purchased. PS: I recommend you purchase some rearview mirrors for the handlebars. Looking behind you at 35mph is sketchy lol. Below are some very cheap mirrors I bought. Other than that, the bike is awesome!!! One last thing: Make sure you check and tighten all nuts and bolts before riding and invest in a helmet. Stay safe out there!!

Awesome bike- we revived the bike 2 weeks early, but unfortunately it was missing the accessory box with the charger and pedals and manual. I reached out directly to the seller and they were extremely prompt and accountable, and provided me the shipping information for the missing box within 2 days of my correspondence with them. Don’t stress about working with this company- they are legit and majorly professional when it comes to customer service and conflict resolution. Things happen when ordering products online, and you’d company being overseas can make you weary to trust, but they are phenomenal and I’m so glad everything worked out. My son is obsessed with this bike. It’s very hardy and he can’t wait to get on the road with it.

Do not buy this bike! I bought this bike May 27 and it was delivered June 9. I got it from my son as a graduation present from the eighth grade. He was not able to ride it until June 22. I also ordered an extended warranty through Asurion As of July 4, the brakes stopped working, I have been trying to contact Amazon and the manufacturer to get it fixed because it’s still protected under the manufacturers warranty. They both keep giving me the runaround. The manufacturer does not return any emails and the phone number they have listed is disabled. It is not a working phone number. Amazon keeps telling me that I have to contact the manufacturer. And that they can no longer assist me because it’s past the window of return. My son got to ride the bike for less than two weeks and the brakes completely stopped working. No one is honoring the manufacturer warranty, and I cannot use my extended warranty that I paid for because it did not start yet. So basically we are stuck with the bike that we cannot use. I will be disputing it with my bank because at this point, I feel like I’ve been scammed

I bought this for my gson because he is in between passing his learners permit and needing transportation. Having to wait until he earned his driving hours, he needed transportation to Football practice. This ebike was the permit fit. After purchasing his helmet for safety, he is now able to get back and forth. The bike goes at a fast enough speed to where its not too dangerous. If the charge runs out, he is still able to pedal his way home. He loves the design and style. The price of the bike is reasonable, however the S&H was costly at $199.00, IMO, very expensive. Great purchase! I recommend. Please remember to purchase a helmet if deciding to get this bike.

This is actually a great moto-style e-bike, I can virtually joy ride in my city all day and when I get home still have 50% battery life. It's counts mileage which is great I get tons of compliments I like the size and the P08 settings that help stay within legal boundaries with max speeds ordeals. Overall I don't think I could have found a better style bike.
