Bought this chair after extensive research and days of watching videos about it and reviews. Upon arrival it was packaged nicely and instructions were easy to follow and read. After putting it together.. it is just plain uncomfortable. Arm rest: The arm rests are really wobbly and the cushion on top is hard, so after an hour of sitting in it, my elbows were red and sore. The arm rests DO lock vertically but they do not lock in the horizontal sliding position, I found myself trying to sit down and them sliding around and actually smashed my finger while doing so because of it. The arm rest heights are also not even, one is about a 1/2 higher than the other which was really noticeable once at my desk. Neck support: The neck support is cheaply built and also uncomfortable, the mesh felt icky on my neck. The adjustable support is also made of plastic and cheap feeling. When you lean back it gives another 3” to 4” of sway backwards. Lumbar support: This is the most dissatisfying thing about this chair. I can see where people can find this useful but in my case I did not. The lumbar support is just too much. When sitting down it felt like it was pushing my to the edge of the seat, even when I slid the seat all the way out it was still too much. Would be nice if the lumbar support could be set flat with the rest of the chair but it protrudes so far out when when set to the minimum setting. Made me feel like I was arching my back, then trying to use the head rest after my lower back is being pushed so far out.. it was just awful. I figured because the chair is almost $500 that it just HAS to be a great feeling chair. I was wrong. I’m a 6’ 200lb guy. Seems like it’s made for petite women. I did check the weight limit, which claims 300lbs.. but when I sat in it, it just felt cheap, wobbly and uncomfortable. Also the chair seems to lean hard to one side, constantly felt like I was dropping to the left side of the chair. Conclusion is I would not recommend, if I could have sat in it first I would never have bought it, it’s 90% plastic, only metal is the seat frame. I figured it would be nice and sturdy and hold my body in a 90 degree upright position but it’s just too flimsy and and wobbles around. I did put it together with the provided Allen key and made sure all bolts were tight. Still did not matter

So I got this chair the one with out the door rest about 2 weeks ago. I have a bad back and I’ve been looking for a good chair. I work from home so I’m on my butt all day and I game as well so I’m practically sitting all day. I came across this one and looked really comfortable. When I got it I was so stocked but when trying to put it together it’s when it started going downhill. It seemed as though some screws did not fit and the screw I was supposed to used in the instructions manual was wrong so I had to improvise and use the wrongs screws to make it work. I liked everywhere for a instructions video ( google, YouTube, Amazon, and even their actual website ) and could not find anything! Eventually got frustrated and just put the screws that actually fit to put the chair together without following the manual. From what I got when looking only and even in their website is that they only care or prioritize the chair with the foot rest and don’t care for the normal one or they just send you wrong parts, at least for me they did. As for comfortability it’s comfy past 2 weeks not to many complaints just wish it would lean back a little bit more smooth. I just think that my biggest complaint is the careless act on parts and no better explanation when building the regular chair. I hope the seller sees this and takes it into consideration. I will most likely be returning the chair as I don’t see it being worth almost 500$

This is the one. This chair is highly customizable and has many settings. It also feels sturdy and well built. I bought a similar one that was $799 but returned it for this one. My favorite features are the lumbar support, removable headrest, and cushioned seat. This seat is much more comfortable than a mesh one if you will use it for many hours. This headrest provides a greater vertical range than the others I’ve tried and fits me perfectly on the lowest setting (I’m 5’2).

I have chronic spine issues from top to bottom (spine surgeries, regular procedures, etc) and because of this comfortable chairs are far and few between. This chair is the most comfortable chair ever. It provides support for the entire spine, including the neck and I don’t have to sit on my donut because the seat is so well padded and supportive. At first I was hesitant about the price but it was so worth it!!

I work from home 4 days a week so I was looking for a very comfortable chair. For the price I did not expect to have to add a coushin and back support to this chair. Not worth the money to me.
