This pruner comes in a well organized carrier case with two batteries and all the necessary tools -- wrenches, extra blade, sharpener, lube, charger (and a pair of small size gloves). The batteries are 2Ah each and easy to charge. I like that the tool has an LCD display that indicates the charge remaining, making it easy to estimate how much job you could do. I was a bit surprised how lightweight it felt with ergonomic grip. Yet it is quite powerful and cuts through thicker branches with no effort. I rarely give reviews here But I Have to give 5 star for this Pruning shears! It is amazing, light weight, but very powerful, I used 5-6 hours non stopping last Saturday Morning trimming all my overgrown trees (Jackfruit, Avocado, Citrus etc.) The shears are very sharp, precise, and so efficient! I love it! definitely recommend it without any doubt! and I also own the seller an apology After trimming, I took apart the shears and tried to clean the blade and inside but afterwards I had some difficulty to reassemble them back I contacted the online Amazon customer service and asked them about the technical support for the Shears For some reason, Amazon customer service offered fully refund to me, and told me I can dispose the disassembled shears whatever way I like and No need to return. I am sorry for taking the advantage, Seller

This hand held pruner works really good, but takes a little time to figure out how to operate it. The main on & off button has several operations. After reading the small manual & watching a video, I had little problems operating it. It's cutting ability is very strong. And the battery life seems strong and long as well. For it's price, it's close to being as good as the major brands that cost much more. A+A+A+A+
