I bought this from Amazon on 09/25. The protective covers were missing in the package/unit. Though it said it is pre-calibrated, the pH was off, so I did calibration. But looks ok now. But my biggest problem is Salinity. I am using this for a saltwater tank and kept the probe in the sump. The salinity drops down in 24 hrs. I have double checked with my other salinity monitors. This is well below the actual. I cleaned the probes and put it back. The reading is correct for few hrs and then drops back. Update: The customer service reached out to me and explained the reason for drop in salinity values. After their suggestions of placing it in areas of low flow, the readings are more stable and accurate. This is definitely a great monitor for this price, with wifi control and notifications. Other readings are stable. Since, I noticed this within few days of purchase, I am going to return this.

The media could not be loaded. Save yourself some time, and get this monitor. Seller is great to work with,and the product is worth it's money for the consistent measuring and logging alone, let alone the time and hassle it'll save you from getting sensors out, prepping cups of water, clean up etc. It's just there, all the time, giving you essential metrics at a glance. Really nice device to keep track of the water parameters of my African Cichlid aquarium (freshwater). Mainly interested in remotely monitoring my pH and water temperature for my application, although the TDS is good to know as well. Overall this is exactly as described, and performs as expected so far.
