I’ve had the laptop for about 2 months now and so far I’m liking it. I love how it looks and love how it performs for my needs. The 4K touch screen looks and feels amazing. The battery life does die pretty quickly while I watch videos but other than that I’m liking it and would recommend.

I purchased a Dell laptop for around $1000. The ad said "Newest Dell...." Somewhere in the add there are links to details such as "first Available" and "Used-Like New." I had no idea this unit was so old. The screen stopped working after about 4-5 months. There is a 90-day warranty and Dell won't cover it because the unit is from 2019. I'm not an IT guy. This is just wrong to sell an extremely old unit with "Newest" in the ad. I would not recommend this seller for any purchases. They will hide behind a 90-day warranty with used products and tell you to deal with Amazon. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE! I started having issues with this laptop a few months in. The screen started turning black or flashing every time I tried to use it. I contacted the seller who at first refused to refund me but then accepted the return. I returned the laptop and was promised a full refund. Now that they have the laptop, they refunded me 50% and said they never accepted the return. It isn’t my fault the laptop was not working correctly and a 100% refund is fully deserved. Regardless of the return window, a damaged product deserves a refund. ... show more
