instructions were not great but managed. read the reviews and they mentioned the hidden screws. those screws did not all fit well with the holes so only two are secure. machine felt wobbly so i tightened all the other screws which helped tremendously. hopefully it holds up with the screws situation.

Obviously you have to assemble - was slightly confusing. Came with a bent section - not sure if it was shipping related or not. I fixed it myself. It works really well, it’s comfortable to use - I look forward to seeing results!
