I ordered this product because I haven't ironed in many years. I've been using wrinkle releasing sprays, and wanted to cut back on the purchase and use of these sprays. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy streaming with this steamer was. It worked great.

This steamer is amazing! We took it on a two week trip and it was a life saver. It is small and compact, so it didn’t take up much room in our luggage, but also powerful enough to take all the wrinkles out of our clothes. Would highly recommend!

Update: The seller contacted me to let me know that the product has a one year warranty. They offered a replacement of the defective product or a refund. I'me very satisfied with their responsiveness and am modifying my rating from 2 stars to 4. It worked well the first time I used it. The second time I needed it, I struggled with it for 15 minutes and went back to my old steamer. I never did get steam out of it, although the unit was heated and there was a mechanical sound that may have been the unit attempting to pump water. It never did manage to pump any water into the unit to produce steam. The steamer button works poorly. You're supposed to be able to turn the steamer on by pressing the button once the red light stops flashing. Despite multiple attempts, pushing the button did nothing. I intended to throw it out, but tried it once more today. The issue with the steam button persists. It did eventually pump water, but only produced steam on high (green light) and it was a struggle to turn the green light on. The water tank has a tiny ledge around the drainage hole that makes it impossible to fully drain it. After I used it the first time, I had to let it sit out for a week or so in hopes that it might air dry. I wouldn't want it in my luggage with even that 1-2 teaspoons of water remaining in the tank. The unit I have is unreliable and therefore essentially worthless. However, it's too late to return it. As to it's travel size, it will take up a fair amount of room in luggage and is too large for me. It's also more weight than I want to add to a suitcase. It's not that it's heavy, but it's more than I want.

This steamer is a perfect travel item. It’s better than the cheap hotel irons that can burn or stain your clothes. It’s easy to pack and use. The only drawback, which is minor, is that you’re supposed to use distilled water in the tank, which isn’t something I travel with or find in a hotel. I use filtered water to help preserve the life of the steamer.
