Does not keep beer, water, soda cold, says it's 37 and will not lower but not very cold. The shelves are not adjustable, they just come out if you need more room but you lose shelf space. Each shelf will barely fit beet, sodas if you wedge between shelves. Horrible but I was moving to New house and once I opened was too late to return. This worked great for 3 years, the unit began to only cool to 45 degrees. New Air support advised it was a temperature sensor, they sold me one for $30. Unfortunately that did not work, the new diagnosis is a bad compressor which New Air indicates is not serviceable and replacement of the unit is required. Expensive unit for such a short life span, a nice gesture would be to refund the $30 in un necessary parts that were sold to me. Its a shame to throw such nice equipment in the landfill so soon. Just keep in mind that a more expensive unit with a longer life span may save more in the long run. They may also be repairable versus having to replace the entire unit. ... show more

I bought this sight and sound unseen, and it more than met my expectations on both counts. Very attractive, and extremely quiet. The temperature gauge is digital, easy to read, and the up and down controls are also easy to use. The direction manual that comes with the unit is not the greatest. It doesn't explain the various accessories that come with the unit, or really explain much of anything. Two keys are provided, as well as what you need to switch the door to open to the other side. Very nice! The storage space is amazing. I have large and small bottles of wine and champagne, and bottles and cans of all sorts of soft drinks and waters. It holds a ton! Watch for sales of this unit. I caught a price hundreds of dollars less than the retail price in May '22. I don't know why it was reduced and feel very lucky because it's really worth the full price. When I went on Amazon to write a review, I noticed the price was more than $300 more than I just paid for it. The only warning on this unit. It is several inches shorter than the u-line and subzero undercounter units I used to have in this space. As you can see from the second photo, I had to put a piece of its styrofoam packing material underneath the fridge until I can have a base made so there's not a big gap between the top and the counter. Given that the interior space is still very capacious, I'm not bothered by the fact that the unit is shorter, but I'd advise you to double-check your space and be prepared for this if you're replacing another undercounter fridge. ... show more

I got this for cola, water (sparkling, flat, & flavored). I’m not happy with how cold it gets. Even though my main fridge says 37 on it, it appears to be about 4 degrees cooler than this one on it’s coldest setting of 37. I can’t verify the temperature as I couldn’t find a thermometer that was that accurate. It does hold a lot. Noise wise, I find it fine, I can hear it but it isn’t a bad sound or overwhelming. My wife did comment on the noise being irritating but I didn’t hear the same. It cools down drinks in a reasonable time, seems well built. The color is basically black, don’t expect any cool dark stainless look. There are blue led lights in the unit that have two brightness settings but they seem to stay on even with the door shut. You can turn them off. Overall, a solid little beverage fridge that gets cold but not as cold as I want. If you aren’t after that nearly icy chill I would recommend this. If you like your drinks really cold, pass and keep looking. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Surprisingly good quality for an “off-brand” and low price. Name brands are two to 3 times this price. It came with plenty of metal pull out shelves- I put 3 away since I don’t need them. It keeps the temperature consistent, the light can be turned off if wanted and it’s quiet. I’ve had beverage fridges that kick on and off as it regulates and hum so loud I had to get rid of them. This is in our rec room near the TV so it’s important that we don’t hear it. Lately it has a constant hum with a slight rattle, seems like maybe that’s not normal, but it’s still quiet. I’ll keep an eye on that and return it if it keeps up. Overall it’s a good looking fridge, fits like it should, keeps drinks cold and holds plenty of drinks. ... show more

I like the product. It runs quite as well the only thing I do notice is that it doesn't hold a steady temprature. I set it all the was down to 35 I believe. I notice that it will fluctuate from 33 to 42 degrees for some reason it can't maintain temprature. I still do like it though.

I purchased this item November 2022 and it stopped working in January 2025. It’s been used for a little bit over two years only and I spent 670 dollars on this. As an appliance only works for two years is really short life term plus it charges more than other brands mini fridge. I contacted both manufacturer and Amazon customer service, they kicked the ball to each other and no one responded this issue. Manufacturer refused the return or refund as the item was purchased through third party Amazon while Amazon said only thirt day return window for all items and they told this is an OLD item. I am not returning pants I bought two years ago, this is an appliance and it only last for 2 years?! What kind of quality is it. Please beware of this brand and find something else. I found out this is not just my bad luck getting a defective product, a lot of customers are having the same issue their fridge stopped working from one year to three year. Amazon: please inspect the business quality before letting them sell on your website. As an Amazon customer, I choose to buy this brand based on they are selling on Amazon. Otherwise I won’t purchase this infamous brand refrigerator. Amazon really disappointed me as a long time customer. I got a 700 dollar lesson today and I hope you all to avoid wasting your money on this product ... show more
