I got this pen mainly for my small dog to have a safe area to relax and play in the house, and it’s worked out really well. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and folds up flat when I’m not using it, which makes storage super convenient. Setup takes less than a minute—just unfold and shape it into a square or octagon. It doesn’t have a door, but I just leave one panel slightly ajar or lift my pup in, so it’s not a big deal. For indoor use or short outdoor time on grass or patio, it holds up fine. It’s not super heavy-duty, so probably not best if you have a larger or more active dog who likes to jump, but for my 12-pound pup, it’s perfect. It also works great when I’m visiting family or going away for the weekend—packs up easily in the car and sets up in seconds. Definitely happy with the purchase for the price. ... show more

This little pen was just what I needed for mini dachshund pups. It’s very sturdy, able to connect to their whelping pen with zip ties. Lightweight and foldable makes for easy storage. Just unfold to assemble. The pups are small enough that they can’t move the pen around. Great design and black color. Doesn’t stick to my floors.     • Great product but not for small bunnies who like to escape

I’ll start by saying that these gates are excellent for when you want to just pop them up for playtime but then put them away later, which is the purpose we bought them for. They fold really nicely and take up little space making them great to store in the corner of a room when not in use. However, these do not work for my bunny whom I bought it for. When I put my bunny in here to play, he can’t focus on anything but trying to escape, and sure enough he can! He fits through the holes, and being surrounded by them is such a distraction for him no matter how many toys I keep in the pen. He is very smart and curious so he is always looking to get into places he’s not supposed to and due to the width of the space between the bars, he can and does very easily escape. He is still a baby, so perhaps once he grows some more he won’t fit anymore but I don’t want him trying and getting stuck either! So I’m kind of sad this didn’t work out for us, but otherwise great product and great value. No assembly necessary, they come connected and just need to be unfolded. ... show more

This was designed as an easy to setup pen for a dog in your yard. It is well built, sturdy and the dog can't get out (yet). This was actually a second order of this pen which we used as additional screening over a fence in our patio. The slots of the patio fence were too wide and she could have gotten through them so we attached these over the existing fence and now she can't get out. Worked perfectly. My mom adopted a couple of puppies so I purchased this playpen as a way for my parents to keep track of them while in the house. Bonus on all fronts. The puppies are grown now, but they still use this playpen as a safe space for themselves. My parents keep toys in the pen and the dogs will regularly ask to be put into it. The pen is light, easy to transport on trips and outside, but dog sturdy. It is not too tall so the dogs don't jump out, but it would be better if I added a gate as my parents lift it and the dogs climb in under the open area. My mom calls this a life saver as my parents are older and when the dogs were small it kept them from tripping over the dogs as puppies. Now the dogs are older, they still use it to play together with toys or to get away from one another when they want space from the other dog. I would recommend this for small dogs, potty training area, and great area to keep track of dogs in a small/medium area. This product has stood the test of time with two dogs, was reasonably priced, and my parents have said they didn't know why I bought it at first, but could not have lived without it. But most of all the dogs love it, and my parents spoil their dog children. ... show more
