If you don't have any foot issues and only need a slide-in replacement to sort an already worn-out insole then this is the insole for you. There is Zero support unless you have a "normal" foot/arch and just need a replacement insole. The little bumps (to me) have and serve no real purpose other than to make them seem like they'd massage the feet or apply a very soft hint it is even there when walking or standing. There is no arch support with these insoles; they lay almost completely flat. I can speak nothing of the pain relief and didn't rate that option simply because it provided me with none - BUT - I have Plantar Fascitis and almost completely flat feet.

Well I got my order today, so far NOT impressed at all. I ordered the two pack and I got 3 RIGHT insoles and ONE, LEFT insole LOL. Look at what I recieved. The real test will be tomorrow when I work a 10 hour shift on cancrete, I will try and update this but so far, I DO NOT, recommend them. UPDATE: I wore these to work today, not impressed at al, me feet starting hurting just 3 hours. It was a long day. UPDATE: the seller did make things right. so I did update my rating. Thank You

Omg a game changer for my feet! I work as a flight attendant so I’m staring for long periods of time. Purchased a new pair of work shoes and began experiencing pain in my arches (I have very flat feet). Did some research on insoles and landed on these. The neutral arch support is EVERYTHING. Absolutely love these insoles, they are perfect for people who work in retail or other jobs where you are constantly on your feet. They fit exactly as I expected and it feels like I'm walking on a cloud all day. They are a little thicker than the insoles that came with my shoes so it takes time adjusting to that but overall I highly recommend these since they are so affordable as well.
