we used the scooter on vacation to disney & it was greatttttt! it lasted all day. in the beginning there were some mechanical issues, but the company worked with us diligently until the scooter worked properly. it’s easy to use & folds together like stroller which is great for small cars or trucks. even took it on a plane! very easy transport.

Okay, sonI was skeptical at first. My concern was its stability. And I will tell it definitely is. I have used other scooter with for wheel platform style and they all lack one thing - turning radius. If you get in a tight spot, it can be difficult to maneuver. Not with this scooter! I have been amazed at the ease of getting around - even in those tight banker lines. I waited to review this for over 6 months so I had a chance to use it. It is easy to transport and fold and unfold. Weight wise, it is manageable - about 40-45 pound or so. My grandduaghter is able to take it out of the vehicle and unfold it to get it ready for use. Why not five stars? I am being picky but because the seat doesn’t rotate to get in, it would be nice if the arm on one side at least folded down. Also, putting the reverse button and the horn beneath each other and having them the same color can be touchy. It would be nice if the reverse was a red button and maybe the horn yellow. Although it takes a moment to get used to, I actually like turning the right handle down to move is safer speed gauge. Hope this review helps.

First off let me say that the customer service is the best!! I had an issue with first scooter that was sent. The battery did not slide out easily and the electrical system did not work after one day. The sent me a new scooter with in two days!! A paid return label was sent to me as well. Hassle free all the way around. I currently riding around the mall testing it out before we go to Walt Disney world in January. Update to product as of 23 January 2026—— This scooter is VERY BAD on any type of incline!!!!!

I ordered this item from Weyral thinking it would fit my 2 scooters, but when it arrived I found out that my battery packs were 24V 12AH 288 Wh and not 36V. Mynscooters are older and I previously ordered a replacement rent through Amazon. When I contacted the vendor through Amazon they immediately REPLIED AND OFFERED A REFUND saying a 24V nodel wasn't available. The credit is in process and Weyral provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE1

Be aware of the electrical components. I purchased in June of 2025 and the electrical system went totally down. No one would word on it because they claimed parts were impossible to get. I pId $1,000 for it and got 4 months use out of it. Look at the warranty. Only 3 months

I have just purchased the new upgrade of this mobility scooter, this is my 2nd upgrade of the scooter. Each have the same great features lightweight, little assembly, very easy to fold and reliability. The newest upgrade is they made it even lighter. Recently I have had a problem with the newest scooter. I contacted the company and customer service has been great. They resolved the problem and sent me out a new scooter.
