Fairly easy to install and works very well. I definitely appreciate the humor that went into the instructions and little information booklet (exercises). Very clever given the subject matter. I order one and liked it well enough to order two more. I installed the first two without any problems but the third one came with a defective hose attachment that stripped the plastic diverter piece. I took some pics and called the company (I got the contact info from Amazon). I spoke with an assistant and sent her my pics of the parts. She ordered replacement parts without any fuss, which I received a couple of weeks later. Installed the third one without problems. Now, everyone is super clean and happy. Why wouldn't I want to spray clean down there while on the seat? Well, I didn't for more than 99% of my semi-long life so far. I finally heard enough about it (must have been trending at the time) and did a little research. Some of these bidets are a small fortune. I don't need bells and whistles for what this is and does. TUSHY was my introduction to bidets, but I don't know why I would get anything else. It's easy to install, clean, it's effective, it's somewhat out of the way for those that don't want to use it, and it hasn't totally freaked out my guests when they first see it and inquire about it. I'm a TUSHY fan (that might not sound right in any other context but this review). I feel SO much more clean after using versus the old way, which now disgusts me of the thought that I used to be that guy. I saw a video that finally made me buy a bidet (and it was reviewing the Tushy) that said "if a bird did it's business on your face, would you just grab a tissue and smear it off"? Yep, that did it for me. I get why there are other brands, and looks and functions in a bidet, but they all do what TUSHY does, and TUSHY does it well, and doesn't break the bank. ... show more

I purchased the 2.0 on sale for my workplace. I have the 3.0 at home. If you're debating between the two I hope this helps. The 2.0 and 3.0 install nearly identically. Pretty easy if you have a fairly standard toilet and a visible braided hose between the valve on the wall and the bottom of you're toilet tank. The 3.0 under seat area is thinner, more streamlined, and appealing. You won't have ugly square corners poling out. The 3.0 has a "self cleaning" nozzle as opposed to the dial cleaning of the 2.0. The 2.0 has more seams and parts screwed together, I'd imagine hard-water scale, grime, and mold would collect in the seams. This could potentially negatively effect the longevity, but I have not owned both long enough for one to break. The 3.0 is mildly more user friendly, designed to be more easily wiped down, and is more aesthetically pleasing. I like the 3.0 more, but I'm not sure I like it twice the price more. To be honest, I thought that you had to have money to have a bidet, but this is so affordable! It is easy to install. It uses the water that flows into your toilet so it can be a bit cold, but I don’t mind it. It works well and has definitely cut back on my husbands excessive use of toilet paper. You can aim and adjust the water pressure to your liking. I couldn’t wait to use the bathroom after it was installed. ... show more
