For this being my first smart watch at 35 years old I approve! First the price (right now anyway is fabulous and can't be beat so wait for a sale). Secondly, the square screen is BIG and I like it, not bulky. I can actually SEE and I'm not squinting. The colors and quality on the watch itself are perfect. Very very easy to set up even your technology challenged parents can handle it! The app is so overloaded I love it, so many features and hidden nooks that other watches don't give you. It charges very quickly, you can easily take the charger on the go with you however you need to supply your own block. I love the sleep tracking feature (my sleep is absolutely terrible, I mean TERRIBLE so that part will do me well). The functions and swipe features are very easy and simple you really can't mess it up, honestly. And if you are switching from another watch (name brand to this one) there may be a slight learning curve however I think you will be much happier with this one especially the LONG battery life. My only 2 downfalls are: NO lock passcode or at least I can't find it, and it only has a select number of basic apps to choose to get notifications and I want more notifications from other apps (such as Ring doorbell etc). I also cannot say ENOUGH about support - USE them! Text them through WhatsApp its probably the best feature! I have them right at my fingertips if I need something, even a super basic question that I just hadn't figured out on my own yet. I absolutely love that they did that! And the responses are super thorough - pictures and step by step instructions and all. I can send a message and a reply may not be instant but they respond and I'm not sitting on hold listening to crappy music, waiting for an email response or tied to my laptop in a chat. Got it on sale at a low price. It performs better than I expected. I would have liked a little more of a user manual but have been able to learn how to use most of the features. The battery life is strong. I exercise once a day and wear it most days. I've had it two weeks and charged it once for 2 hours. As I look at it now it's at 41%. Large face and easy to read. The fitness tracking is good but probably not as accurate as other models--- but it didn't cost a lot either. I'm quick to return when I don't like something. I'm keeping this! ... show more

Don't like the band's clasp set up. It might be me, but I don't find it easy to clasp and slide the extra part of the band underneath and against my wrist. I got it on and since I don't take it off much thought it'd be ok, but after a week I have an abrasion on inside of wrist. It could be from something else, although I don't know what. I’ve been using the Fitpolo Smart Watch for over a year now, so this review is based on real, long-term use. Before this, I was using a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch. I really liked the features on that, but the battery life was frustrating; I had to charge it every 1–2 days. I wanted something simpler with much better battery life, decent fitness tracking, and basic smartphone connectivity (calls, texts, notifications). The Fitpolo watch has been a pleasant surprise. The battery life is excellent compared to what I was used to; it easily lasts several days on a single charge, which was a big win for me. The fitness tracking features are solid for everyday use. I’m not a runner or swimmer, but for walking, hiking, step tracking, heart rate, stress, sleep tracking, and SpO2 monitoring, it does the job well. The display is clear. The Bluetooth connectivity for notifications and calls works generally. Sometimes loses Bluetooth connectivity with the veryfit app and needs to turn Bluetooth on and off (not a showstopper, just a minor hiccup). Of course, you have to keep expectations realistic. This is a budget watch (about a fraction of the price of premium brands like Samsung), so you won’t get all the advanced features or polish of higher-end models. I do miss the apps or games that are in the Samsung ecosystem. But that trade-off is fair given the price. After more than a year of use, the only issue I’ve had is that the strap wore out recently. I contacted the seller, and they’re sending a replacement, which I really appreciate; great customer service and a nice bonus. Overall: If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable smartwatch with excellent battery life and solid basic features, this is a great option.
