I received a new, sealed, and safely packaged Microsoft SP 7 tablet, just as promised. I set it up on the first day and, so far, no issues at all. I bought a pen for it and the responsiveness is intact. Got a keyboard as well and it works just fine with this tablet. This is a great price for this tablet, Microsoft is completely out of stock! With the recent release of the MS SP X and the upcoming release of the MS SP 7+, it is unsure if they'll even continue manufacturing these. ... show more

    • Touch screen is junk.
I bought this product to be an extension of my office desktop in the field. First few days I fought with the touch screen which was creating incorrect logins which meant I could not get logged on to the device. I ended up having to do a reset on the device, went through all of the set up again, and now, a couple weeks later, the touch screen is doing the exact same thing as before and I can't get logged into the device. Also, in this day and age, there is no such thing as customer service, it's like being on the craps table in Vegas when you make a purchase because no matter how much that recording says they care about you and your issues, they really don't GAF. ... show more

If you want something cheap but not too expensive and that can also be used as an iPad, I definitely recommend. I’ve gotten many compliments on it because it’s not like other computers. 2 years later and it still works fine.
