abunda_amazon_reviews great;;Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;unique laptop;;Anwar;;;Absolutely horrible experience with this computer. By far the worst laptop experience I have ever had. Nothing but problems since I got it. First the audio was incredibly distorted and I spent an hour with Microsoft support. Then the laptop had issues using the discrete graphics card so there went an hour and a half with Microsoft support. Now it won't even connect to the internet. Buggiest, most terrible laptop I have ever had. Would honestly rather have bought a Chromebook it's been so terrible.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2020;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Do not buy;;Reviewer;;;Should you need to fix it, it will likely be impossible Screen in very brittle;;Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2020;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Hard to fix;;Jorda;;;Not only that but the screen brightness flickers while doing video or 3D work. Same with the music coming from Youtube or iTunes. So much damn static. WORST PART: the usb driver went completely haywire, got corrupterd, tried everything in the book/internet to fix it and i still couldnt use any mice on the laptop on my last few days of using it and having to do important client work. Battery Life does not last as long as they advertise. GPU CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTS FOR NO REASON. Pen also isnt as good as Tablet Pro Pen. Certain Pen Settings need to be fixed manually in order to get less delay. Some programs like Cinema 4D have crashed while doing minimal intensive work as well as getting a weird blue screen or it restarting on its own.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2020;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Worst Experiences Ever: Not worth the 4K I spent for the Business Version;;Jose Rodriguez;;;Base stopped working meaning can't charge, use track pad or keyboard. Warning: do not buy surface products, they are complete trash and will fail after few years, even sooner. I hardly used this laptop yet still failed. Expect this kind of quality from $200 to $400 laptops not ones costing thousands. MS laughing all the way to the bank knowing they sell trash. Know 2 other people that loved their surfaces then had similar issues after a year of ownership. Every person I know that has the surface book has major problems. I believe MS knows these products will fail in few months but continue to sell them. Google, MS apologizes for surface book woes. Do your research online and you will see most of these laptops with base failing is a common issue. In addition, go to the official MS surface page and read reviews from consumers, it is a mess. You have been warned. The glowing reviews from the web and youtube are from users that use it for a day or even a week then send it back, of course it is great when brand new. I bet they change the score if kept aover a month . The pen also stopped working for no reason. May have been an update that caused the issue.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2020;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Will fail;;Rob
