I’m a nature lover and photographer and need to get around outside better than I can with crutches. The FH10’s front-wheel drive really beats my older wheelchair’s rear-wheel drive in getting me out there. The older chair has swivel casters in front that go out of line from even small obstacles to change direction or even stop the chair. Once front castors are misaligned, it’s very hard to stay on an off-road trail or even get around trees and bushes out in the open. In contrast, the FH10 gets me where I need to go. The FH10’s 16-inch front drive wheels will cross up to about 3” obstacles with minimal steering effect, and 250 watts of power to each wheel is 66% higher than my old chair, so it powers over stuff where my old chair would stall. I’ve driven it through foot-tall grass, over bumpy ground and through woods with no problems I couldn’t handle while seated in the chair using the controller. It turns around on a dime, which is handy in tight quarters, and admittedly, has gotten me out of some sticky off-road situations without incident. The FH10 is 26” deep by 20” wide back and 23” wide front, with an 18” high seat. It’s so stable that even empty, it’s hard to turn over in any direction, except if you lean way forward or stand on the footrests, it can tip toward the front until the footrests contact the ground (3-5” adjustable). But it has never tipped over. I’ve stayed safe going straight up and down slopes in clear woods, fields, and dirt roads at slopes not more than about twice a handicap ramp slope of 8.3%. For loose gravel or wet grass, I don’t go much above the ramp slope. The chair’s manual brakes (in addition to its electromechanical brakes) are handy for safe parking on slopes. Notes: The FH10’s weight is double my old chair (90 lbs. vs 40 lbs.). But since most of the added weight is below seat level, it lowers the center of gravity and adds stability. Despite its weight, even folded, the 16-inch wheels work to roll it up to and on into my pickup bed or wife’s car trunk. The user manual warns not to use it in the rain, but I use a rain poncho that covers me and everything below, so it has kept dry so far. The rear wheel suspension system is an excellent design for stability, but needed new compression springs suitable for my weight – less than half the 330-pound user design. Mujocooler was very helpful on this, and paid for the fix to be done locally. I recommend the FH10 as a great all-terrain wheelchair, and I recommend Mujocooler to buy from. This is an excellent wheelchair. sturdy. powerful and comfortable. you have to take off the cushion to fold it so you have to get used to that. it fits in the trunk of a Prius. I uber with it. it is better than similar models and the customer service is responsive.

Upon arrival my wheelchair was very slow and weak when backing or turning a tight circle. The seller was very concerned about my satisfaction and immediately resolved the problem by sending me a new joystick controller free of charge. These folks are , in my opinion, honest and focused on quality customer service. I will definitely keep doing business with them. Oh, and the wheelchair is of surprising good quality. It is much better than my expectations and compares to a significantly more expensive wheelchair. I also have a Hoveround so my comparison is from experience.

This is about the 4th motorized something that I have gotten for my dad after he had a stroke and FINALLY we found one that doesn’t scare him and is easy for him to maneuver using only the right side of his body. This wheelchair goes beyond what was in the description. I will recommend this item to anyone who will listen. It came fast, was easily put together, works properly, it’s safe, he says it’s comfortable, and the color is very vibrant. He picked orange and we can all see him coming! But now we don’t have to jump out of the way. At first we were worried it wouldn’t fit through the doors in their single wide trailer, but sure enough it fit. For once I couldn't wait to write a review. My years of purchasing endless items on Amazon and avoiding the reviews has come to an end. The weights just as expected. 4 stars all the way around!!!

I found this chair to be high quality and comfortable. I am very impressed with this seller. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and in fact emailed the company prior to purchasing with a few questions and all queries were promptly satisfied. I did love the chair when i received it however it fell short in the depth of the reclining angle for my needs. Others may find this acceptable however it was just not right for me. The return process was simple and efficient. I had saved the packing material in case a return might be needed. Customer service emailed a return shipping label promptly without any hassles and refunded my money very quickly. You can buy from this company with confidence. Started out good but only will go about 2 miles.on a full charge,.I bought a second battery and it only goes about 2 miles. Also with the power off it quivers back and forth. After I bought it I found out it hasn't a warranty. I definitely made a mistake with this.
