Kinda big, but I love that I only have to take one instead of 2 or 3 a day. Has everything I wanted in a prenatal in it. Impressed it has L 5 methylfolate for folic acid instead of synthetic folic acid. As someone who has the MTHFR gene mutation it is perfect.

I tried 3 prenatal vitamins that caused different types of side effects. One vitamin gave me fishy burps, the other made me break out, the third one made me very very nauseous. So I gave up and stopped taking any prenatals. Unfortunately, that lead to low iron levels and me getting sick twice in a month in my 6th month of pregnancy. I purchased these vitamins having very little hope. I was waiting for the side effects to show up, but they did not. I have been taking them for 10 days now and I feel very good. I have a very sensitive stomach and let me tell you, they are very gentle on the stomach. I always take them with lunch. I need to warn you that they are big and smell bad, but any vitamin b supplements tend to have a bad smell and these prenatals have several types of Vitamin B in them. I definitely recommend them, because they seem to be working without giving me any issues. ... show more

I’ve been taking these since I found out I was pregnant! My last pregnancy, my hair fell out a lot, but while taking these I’ve noticed my hair rarely falls out. Love these and will probably buy the multivitamin for women after I have my baby!

So these vitamins were in my cart here on Amazon. I checked out and had no idea. I received the vits in the mail as a complete surprise. I tried to send them back as I'm very picky about my vitamins and the company t told me the would credit my account and I can do whatever w them. My dad ended up getting sick and I was out of my regular multivitamin but had no time to wait for my vitamins to show up so I thought "i guess I'll give these a try" WOW is all I have to say. I took them for 60 days straight and I saw a huge difference in the length or my nails, the thickness amd strength, my hair and skin all looked amazing. Mind you Iwas living g in the ICU with my dad and this was the only change I made that would of contributed to the above me turned along with a bunch more benefits I attribute to these vitamins. I ended up ordering more fo these vitamins and also tried to go back and find my amazing customer service log to let the company know I ended up using them and that I'm happy to pay for the bottle they did a 1 times refund on back when they surprise showed up in an order. 5 stars for sure all the way around ... show more
