I've taken various multis' in the past, including but not limited to anavite, orange triad etc. I believe that this multi can be classed with these, if you're not pushing for big gains in the gym, but you do work hard daily, you'll find that these will suit you just right. I did originally receive a broken bottle, so the folks who make this should probably look into that, the product is solid. I believe everything being from ferment media helps massively with absorption because you can actually tell that these are having effect; albeit, that might be my limited experience having a very sketchy diet. Vitamins prices range from high to low and this hit right in the middle.
