I’ve been taking this with vitamin D and vitamin C a few hours before bed the past few weeks. I had the read the combination with turmeric (have been drinking chai turmeric tea) can aid in weight loss, help anxiety and sleep. I haven’t seen any correlation to weight loss sadly but I most definitely sleep deeper and feel more rested. Thankful for that. So overall less stressed. I can not take it right before sleep because it gives me a quick boost- read that was normal. So I’ve been taking a few hours before I intend to sleep. Helps me have some energy for clean up and the bedtime routine and then a deep sleep. Also… did not realize this until I felt the difference but Ashwagandha is apparently a natural aphrodisiac too… can tell a difference there as well lol. Pleasantly surprised. Overall good supplement for me but I know it’s not meant for long term use. Hoping to take it for a few months at a time. Tabs are pretty big FYI ... show more

I love this! Definitely the best magnesium supplement I’ve taken! Most magnesium supplements upset my stomach and make me bloat, but this mixture of ashwagandha and magnesium makes me feel amazing. I am also sleeping like a baby!

I've been taking this product for a little over a week and it has helped me tremendously. I fall asleep quicker and sleep more soundly. I like that this is a pill, not a capsule. If anyone has trouble swallowing, they can cut this into two pieces. I will buy again.
