Overall this is a really nice earpiece with quality sound for conversation or listening to music. It holds a charge for quite a while, and is easy to use. My only issue is the fit with the silicon over the ear hook. It was too flexible and I was constantly dropping the earpiece mid conversation. The plastic over the ear hook works much better and has survived daily wear for several months now. After a while it does start to detach from the earpiece, but overall works well. ... show more

I bought this 5 years ago and finally lost the rubber bit that goes over the speaker. So I suppose it was time for a new one. Old one still worked fine even after 5 years. Battery lasted forever, audio quality was fine. The new one with USB-C sounds great and lasts a long time. Changing from micro usb to USB-C and the updated rubber piece for in the ear are nice changes. Would highly recommend. ... show more

I’ve used it daily for calls, Zoom meetings, and driving, and it consistently delivers clear, reliable audio. Pairing is quick and stable thanks to Bluetooth 5.0, and it can connect to two devices at once — perfect for switching between phone and laptop. Call clarity is solid in both directions. The CVC 6.0 noise cancellation isn’t “active” like premium headsets, but it filters background noise well enough that colleagues don’t hear road or wind noise. Battery life is the star feature: a full charge lasts me well over a day of use (about 20–24 hours talk time), and standby time is measured in weeks. It charges fast via USB-C — about an hour to full. The fit is light and secure, with adjustable ear hooks and three tip sizes included. It takes a few tries to find the right combo, but once you do, it stays comfortable for long drives. The included zip case is a nice touch for storage. Sound for music and podcasts is acceptable, though this headset is clearly optimized for voice — don’t expect rich bass or stereo separation.
