    • Power adapter
The cameras and monitor are good so far, the only thing I have had problems with is the power adapter for the monitor. I have to turn it a certain way and it will begin to charge and if I or something bump against the adapter then It will stop charging the monitor. Mine completely stopped working and it’s pretty upsetting that I would have to buy another adapter when I haven’t used it for more than than a year. 🫠🤗 ... show more

This is our second BabySense monitor we’ve purchased. The first one lasted 2 1/2 years and worked wonderfully. We decided to upgrade to this model when we had baby #2. I love that it switches back and forth to each room when you have more than 1 camera. The monitor is overall easy to work and set up, which is a big plus. I do not like that you can’t turn the screen off, and I also do not like the picture quality! I am so disappointed, I can barely see into my daughters crib. (Photo added with review of the picture quality.) We’ve tried angling the camera different ways, etc. to try to get a clearer image…but the picture is still the same, fuzzy and blurry. Overall a decent camera but for the horrible picture quality, not worth $80 in my opinion. I would of purchased a different brand but we loved our old babysense camera. ... show more

I bought my first Babysense Video Baby Monitor before my baby was born. I used it every day for more than 1 ½ years until the monitor’s audio stopped working. I was not mad or disappointed about it. Our daughter loves to play with it, she drops it all the time, she broke its battery cover and the monitor somehow just kept working. I was actually surprised that it last so long. When it broke, we wanted to buy something immediately from a nearby store, so we would not have to go a single night without a monitor, so we bought from a different brand. The monitor was bigger, the video was full HD and it had all the fancy stuff, but I immediately did not like the audio as much as my Babysense’s. Guess what? After only 2 weeks the new monitor stopped working. The parent’s unit couldn’t connect to the camera no matter where we were. We decided to return the item and try another brand from the same store. This other brand was even worst: since day 1, the parent’s unit would lose connection once we entered in our room. The range was just too short. I ended up ordering another Babysense. It is like to have an old friend back. I hope to be able to use it for longer this time (I will try to hide the new one from my kid, so she cannot destroy it 😊). ... show more

    • Great little monitor!
We have had this monitor for a few months now and it’s great! Night vision is great, sound is great and sensitivity is great! It’s actually sensitive enough to pick up a car driving by with a loud muffler. I also love that it’s small enough to put in my pocket. We had a security camera as a monitor for my older daughter when she was a baby and the night vision broke on that within months, and the use of WiFi made me uncomfortable the more I learned about it. This monitor has worked out so much better. It actually has great range too. Works throughout our home and even outside in the yard. I did remove one star because it is a little more flimsy than I’d like. The parent unit slipped out of my hand and fell onto the ground. It wasn’t a huge distance or hard fall, but some of the pixels at the top of the screen broke. It’s still useable and customer service offered a discount on a new one. It’s on me for dropping it, but I do wish it was a little sturdier. I still love this little monitor, even with a few lines across the top of the screen. ... show more

    • Great customer service! Good baby monitor!
I purchased this baby monitor for my first child and really liked the quality of the picture (considering the cost), range, the ease of use, and the fact that it doesn't need to connect over WiFi (for privacy/hacking issues). So naturally when my second child arrived, I purchased another a similar product but this time with 2 cameras. It worked as I expected until a few months after use I noticed one of the cameras showed a faulty (fuzzy) picture. I immediately contacted Babysense and within hours received a response. The customer service rep tried to help me troubleshoot the faulty camera but ended up deciding I needed a replacement. Within a few days a replacement camera was mailed to my doorstep. I could not be happier with this product and the wonderful customer service I have received. ... show more

I had just installed a unit when suddenly, overnight, the sound went out. I use it to monitor my semi-invalid wife and need the sound because, at 78, my hearing isn't what it used to be. I sent an email to them hoping that I could get a walk-through solution without having a replacement. Within a couple of hours, over the weekend, I got a response asking for all of the problem info. I replied and have had at least five emails back and forth. To sum it all up I got an email this morning giving me the USPS tracking number for a replacement unit. I spent 28 years in terminal management for Roadway express and required my people and myself to give this type of customer service. These folks want their customers to have a quality product and service when required. Excellent work. Thanks, and I'll set up the replacement as soon as it arrives. ... show more

We’ve used Babysense for years and they never disappoint. The picture and sound quality are great. Highly recommend if you have multiple cameras/kids you check up on. My only complaint with this model, compared to the previous model, is that when in scanning mode and you dim the screen it automatically turns itself back on. So at night if you want audio without the video you essentially have to place it face-down. Other than that its wonderful! ... show more
