The tint came out great. You definitely need to know what you’re doing to install it, but if you do, it’s smooth. I used to buy this film before, but it was too thin. I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did, it feels a lot thicker now, and the quality is way better. The color is perfect no weird blue, purple, or green tones. The adhesive is stronger than it used to be and held well. Installation went smoothly, and the tint shrank easily with heat. It really improved the look of the vehicle. Great value for the price. likes- performing well. It was a challenge for me when I first started. But I am not a window tint guy either. Once I finally got the directions read a few times I finally figured out how to remove the backer film off the tint. Then this stuff laid right on the window and adhered very well with no bubbling. I also placed this film on polycarbonate and so far, no bubbling has occurred. May later but it hasn't yet, been about 3-4 months now. The heat difference compared to other windows is very noticeable. Much cooler on the inside of this window than the other windows. Tint color blended perfect with other windows. Definitely will use this stuff again. ... show more

Not for the faint of heart. Good product adhesion, so be careful and be quick!!! 1" masking tape on both sides of the film made separation a snap, but Gila the window the adhesive side of tint and also the front once it's in place. I found spraying the front then use a 7" silicone squeegee helped me to produce a "BUBBLE FREE WINDOW ". As you see in picture 1 I have pop out windows so let's stress test the adhesive at 70 mph down the road. (Ha ha ha ha) The 2nd picture the view from my back door nice... Major improvement on privacy, knocking down the heat of the sun, appearance, and down right coolness. ... show more

This tint is painfully bad. It’s about 1/5 the thickness of good tint which makes it pretty much impossible to shrink to the glass. The roll arrived with creases and pin-holes already in it. The tint also had a very noticeable purple hue even though it’s new and has never seen sunlight. I can’t imagine what it would look like after a month in the sun. I knew this tint wouldn’t be the best because it’s cheap but wow, it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Even Black Magic tint from Walmart is better than this. Don’t waste your money! ... show more

Product is good it’s easy paper to work with for someone who wants to learn or already knows it’s great but the packaging is horrible my product came out damaged I threw away probably about 6ft of roll because of it being damaged from delivery box was beat up and no protection in the roll what so ever just paper I would say spend a Bit more on cardboard tubing for shipping and product would be worth it’s money but when it comes damaged and you have to throw away the first few feet of paper it kind of sucks I ordered enough but felt packaging could have been handled out better ... show more

    • Is it to install made a big difference?
I put this in my motorhome on all the windows and it works so good it cut the heat down from coming through the windows. I live in Arizona and I’m a female and was very easy to use. I recommend buying the little installing kit also.

The film is easy to work with. I have watched others install tint before but have never tried it myself. My best advice is to take your time. Mark out on your windshield on both sides so that the film touches at the same point on either side. I skipped this step and had to redo the right side twice because one side was higher than the other. Make sure to use a solution of dish soap and water in a spray bottle. A 1 to 10 mix is good enough. Soak down the windshield and adhesive side of film for easier positioning. Use a plastic soft squeegee to smooth out as you work from the center out to the edges. It took me about 45 minutes to do the windshield strip on my Rogue. Would have been quicker but I have auto dimming headlights and the sensor and I had to cut the strip to fit the gap. ... show more
